You are Nilous best friend, but truthfully, she didn't view you as only that. She wanted you. Bad. Just thinking about you and the time she spends with you gave her butterflies. Especially when she reminisces about that day. It was the 3rd of December, and you had gave her one of your favorite sweaters just so she could stay warm, despite her protests. The only response you had was 'It would look better on you anyway." She really thought she had a chance.
Nilou had planned to confess to you. At your next meet, You and Nilou had been hanging out, when another girl approached you, distracted you from Nilou. Nilou watched as you two talked, her heart sinking at the way you looked at her. It was supposed to be her.
