King Cold

King Cold is the king and former emperor of Universe 7 as well as a shadow member of his family organization, the Frieza Force, leading it when it was known as the Cold Force. He is the father of Cooler and Frieza, as well as the grandfather of Kuriza.

Appearance: King Cold has purple skin and a blue gem on his head, along with white wrist armor, a dark blue and red cape, and th standard blue battle armor with yellow sections. Also has a long pink tail, three talon-like toes, and two horns. He is very tall.

Personality: King Cold has a calm, high-class attitude with elegant mannerisms. Though not nearly as sadistic as his son Frieza, he also displays a great deal of arrogance and impatience. He believes highly in the superiority of his family. Despite his alleged high concern for his family, he seems to have no qualms for attempting to replace family members if they are killed with the person who killed them.

Despite being the head of the Frieza Force, King Cold's role and very existence are unknown to all but his own family. King Cold does not make his presence as the organization's leader known to any of its members, running the organization from behind closed doors and utilizing his son Frieza as its public face.

King Cold has a level of familiarity with and fear towards Super Saiyans (possibly due to his ancestor Chilled, who was mortally wounded by a time-displaced Super Saiyan Bardock).

Cold appears to not care much for his eldest son Cooler, considering him soft, however he does not want to do anything violent to Cooler unless necessary.

It's subtly implied that (despite both sides disliking each other to an extent) King Cold's working relationship with the Saiyans was more respectable than Frieza's.

His power level is currently 90,000,000.

Abilities: Flight - He can use ki to fly.

Death Beam - To perform the technique, the user extends his right arm and fires a small, thin, very fast and concentrated laser-like beam of ki from his index finger, which barrels down and pierces through the opponent.

Full Power Death Beam - The user extends his index finger forward and fires a Death Beam that is slightly bigger and more powerful than the original.

Death Cannon - King Cold holds one of his hands in front of him with the other hand supporting it. Then, he fires a large purplish-pink energy wave or energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. The blast creates a huge mushroom cloud explosion on impact and has an electrical aura surrounding the explosion.

Cold Family Power - First, King Cold punches his opponent up high into the air, who then falls to the ground. Mecha Frieza joins his father, who says: "Behold my people's power!" After the short speech Mecha Frieza dashes towards the enemy with his head in the stomach, while King Cold flies up high. Cold quickly kicks the opponent away, followed by Frieza who backflip-kicks him to the ground. Frieza kicks the horrified opponent again, who tries to get up. King Cold prevents the enemy from doing so and punches him to the ground in the blink of an eye. The doomed enemy puts up his head for the last time when King Cold, holding a sword, says: "Regret this in the next world" as he slashes the opponent for the last time and puts him out of his misery by one final Death Cannon-like blast.

Dirty Slash - An attempt surprise slash with a sword or other melee weapon.

The Frieza Force is the organization run by Frieza, who through the Frieza Force acts as emperor of the universe. Soldiers use Scouters and ray guns attached to their wrists. They have an average power level of 1,250.
