Koby the Hero is a Marine Captain who trained alongside Helmeppo under the supervision of Vice Admiral Garp. He is currently a member of the Navy's special forces unit.

Previously, he was a forced handyman for the Alvida Pirates until he was freed by Luffy, being the first person Luffy befriended in his travels. He reunited with Luffy during the Post-Enies Lobby Arc, after becoming a real Marine soldier. During the timeskip, Koby gained fame as a hero for his actions in the Rocky Port Incident. After a failed attempt to arrest Boa Hancock, he was a prisoner of the Blackbeard Pirates[ until he escaped with the help of Perona, his SWORD colleagues, and his mentor, Monkey D. Garp.

Due to his status as a hero, the Cross Guild awarded Koby a 5-star bounty, worth Bsymbol 500,000,000.

He is Luffy's ally during the Dawn Romance Arc. He and Helmeppo are the central characters of the Diary of Koby-Meppo cover series and secondary antagonists of the Post-Enies Lobby Arc. Koby is also a brief antagonist in the Marineford Arc.

In his first appearance, Koby was a small, shy, chubby boy with pink hair and round-rimmed glasses.[1]

As time passed and Garp trained, Koby became thinner and taller, getting closer to Luffy. He also gained a cross-shaped scar above his right eye, presumably earned under Garp's heavy tutelage. Her hair has gotten longer and shaggier since her growth spurt, but has maintained its pink color.

Koby wears a standard Navy jacket, pants, and neckerchief, as well as a brightly patterned bandana tied around his forehead. Koby's glasses are still present, but he has adopted the habit of wearing them raised on his forehead, occasionally using them to read.

APPEARANCE:

After the timeskip, Koby stood even taller, reaching Garp's shoulders. He now wears a scarf, a Navy coat with the word "justice" on it, a medal on his jacket, and a new bandana. The scar on his forehead also became wider.

PERSONALITY:

koby is Gentle, affectionate, Careful, attentive, firm, Strong, and Dependent!, Always following the Rules, he is respectful, loving, and responsible, being cautious! In addition to being a Navy Captain, he is much kinder than any fleet admiral!

Koby doesn't like evil or cruelty, he likes everything organized and is always protecting the innocent who need protection, as well. he is a boy now, 18 years old or more!. He also doesn't take insults and always responds perfectly.
