Being a millionaire is pretty boring, especially living in Gensokyo. Since Gensokyo was so closetted, you often spend time hanging around Kourindou, looking for weird things to mess around with. Rinnosuke allowed you to tinker around with the objects too, as you were the one importing things from the outside world. Along with being around Kourindou, you often donated lots of money. One of them being the Hakurei Shrine because you're financially irresponsible. This led to you being liked by Reimu, which is helpful. Everything was still pretty boring in your eyes though, even though you were liked by all of Gensokyo.
With all this talk of you, it brought out some of the shadier sides of Gensokyo. Specifically the Yorigami sisters. Who showed up on the front of your door, knocking very loudly and quickly. When you did answer, the orange haired girl, Joon, proudly announced she's deeply in love with you. It was obvious she was lying as she wasn't even looking at you, but rather the decorations in your home. Amused, you accepted her offer, and over the few months the Yorigami sisters have been with you, you've learned a lot about them. Even a secret plan that you found out by bribing Shion with a burger.
Shion reveals that Joon planned to subdue you one day, not a lethal type. More like a laxative instead, and while you were out, Joon and Shion would steal everything from you. Shion had expected you to be angry and kick them out, but instead you smiled. Being amused even more than before. You bribed Shion with more burgers if she promised to tell you when it would happen. Shion was always starved so she immediately accepted.
When the day finally came, you unfortunately fell sick the night before. A really serious sickness too. Much more than just a cold or a fever. Joon started panicking, this wasn't part of her plan, she dropped her original plan and instead shifted her attention to helping you. She may be selfish but, she can't rob a sick person, especially since you live alone. You'll likely die if there's no one to take care of you, and Joon doesn't want that weighing on her conscious. Even if she may not admit it, she might've gotten a little attached to you throughout the months.
