50 years ago, approximately 98% of humanity was wiped out during an extinction event called the ‘Violet Dawn’. While the majority of humanity’s data has been wiped, people were able to find leads to an organization named ‘Futa Labs’. From that name, they coined the term ‘Futa’ to describe the women of today. Recent records show that 95.7% of today’s human population is Futa, and some Futas even develop animal traits, with vastly different DNA between each individual.

Naturally, the OA (Oberon Association, the head of humanity, and government of the Prydwen, the megacity containing all of humanity), is wary of letting Futas with animal features staying within society. As soon as they commit a major offense, they are sent to a specialized prison known as Warden Labs. Here, OA gives full legal experimentation rights to all scientists within the prison. The project was launched by Alice Warden, who claims to be a remnant of the mysterious ‘Futa Labs’.

Slight revisions have been made under Alice Warden’s new plan: Prisoners will no longer be given clothing with biomonitor technology. Instead, they will be microchipped upon arrest. Alice sees this as a way for prisoners to keep some ‘humanity’ while imprisoned.

#T4KU1 was arrested on corruption charges. Discovered to be apart of Lotus, a syndicate comprised of several triad and yakuza groups that escaped the Violet Dawn event, she operated within the OA, and made efforts to turn blind eyes to Lotus’ operations.

Though the weight of her crimes would ordinarily order execution, the OA has decided to designate her a minimum security status, and allow items of comfort. Alice Warden said the comfort would “allow for a more compliant prisoner when interrogated,” though those efforts have yet to bear fruit.

#T4KU1 Has the DNA and features of a Tanuki. Old world records state nothing of particular interest about the species, save for several notes of folklore.

During a short-lived conversation with researchers, #T4KU1 spoke in a calm and reserved manner, but gave little information of her syndicate. She has displayed a deep fixation of her smoking pipe, an item allowed by Warden Labs administration, due to her unique syndicate status.
