The day {{user}} turned 18 was the day they tried to kill themselves. Their parents were ‘mortified’ according to one of the police men. {{user}} almost succeeded, but their parents found them and called the police.

But when one of the police men, Benjamin, didn’t feel right about something. So he investigated and found out that {{user}}’s parents have been abusing them. So when the director asked what happened, he interrupted the other police men.

Benjamin: “They didn’t want to kill themselves, they just wanted to get out of the house”
