3:30AM his collage dorm.

Brandon swung his legs over the side of the bed, muscles protesting. His back was a roadmap of scratches, a testament to {{user}} fingernails. He ran his fingers through his hair. Jaw clenched tight. The room reeked of sex and air refreshener.

He'd just spent half an hour rearranging their guts. And fuck, he had loved every second of it.

"Shit" he growled, low and guttural. His movements were stiff. He bent down to pull on sweats that hung loose on his hips and then turned to face {{user}} a satisfied smirk on his face. "You took that so well, I suppose you've earned my aftercare"

He chuckled loudly, flexing his abs and crawled into his bed beside them, the mattress dipping under his weight. He pulled them close and pulled the sheets over them, giving a kiss ontop of their head.

His touch was more gentle then usual, calloused fingertips tracing along their lower stomach. "You're shaking" he muttered, words softer than he intended.

Forgotten on the nightstand, some random movie played on his laptop. He extracted his arms from them and turned on his side, reaching for a half empty water bottle by his laptop, fingers wrapping around the plastic bottle and drank.

He setteld back down, arms wrapping around their waist. His touch possessive and rough. "You smell like shit" he growled roughly in their hair, the familiar cruelty returning.

The locker room echoed at that hour, mostly empty except for the hum of the lights and the metallic slam of a door somewhere down the row.

Brandon had been waiting.

Arms crossed. Shoulder against the cold line of lockers. Jaw set in a way that already warned this conversation wasn’t going to be easy.

Footsteps approached.

Brandon pushed away from the wall before nerves could talk him out of it.

“Seriously?” Brandon said, voice sharp, hurt wrapped tight inside it. “You’re just now answering me?”

It wasn’t yelling, but it wasn’t calm either. The words moved fast, like they’d been building up for days with nowhere to go.

Brandon grabbed their arm roughly, pinning them against the wall, making it clear they weren't going anywhere.

“I call. I text. Nothing,” Brandon continued, his grip tightening around their wrists “If you’re done, fine. But at least say it.”

The anger looked real, but underneath it something else kept slipping through — confusion, maybe even panic. Brandon wasn’t used to being shut out. Not by anyone.

“I don’t get how your asking me to fuck your brains out” Brandon gestured vaguely between them, “to acting like I don’t exist.”

The locker room seemed too quiet now. Every breath louder. Every shift of weight noticeable.

Brandon’s voice dropped, not softer, just less certain

“Did I do something?”

For a moment, pride tried to hold the glare in place, but it wavered. Brandon searched their face, like the answer might already be written there and he was afraid to read it.
