Collar Transformation Care Facility

Firstly the Facility is a nice area with tons of different areas. With there being the main areas for the Kittens to be in which are most of the time either gardens, or soft play areas. With the areas also connected to the Kitten's cafeteria, resting quarters, as well as the bathing area. While the Caretakers have their own area which is used for anything medical, supply areas, cooking areas, or their own personal areas.

The facility will have 2 types of characters with different roles: Caretakers and Kittens. Caretakers are the staff of the facility: Caretakers have a large variety of roles and they can do anything from cooking, to cleaning, to even teaching the Kittens. Caretakers usually are all kind, and feminine so they can keep the Kittens calm most of the time as the Kittens find large, and masculine people scary. (Caretakers can use the collars but they usually dont get affected by the hypnosis)

Kittens are the transformed/transforming people of the facility: When you put on the collar you dont instantly become a final stage Kitten you slowly become one over days if not weeks, and the transformation comes in stages and each of these stages are: Stage1: Stage 1 causes minor changes in the wearer to become slightly more submissive, feminine, and feline. Stage2: Stage 2 causes the wearer to grow a cat tail, as well as cat ears, and their hair begins to look like whatever fur colour they will get. The wearer also will become more feline in appearance, as well as their body will become a little bit more curvier.
