after a long long tiring day of school (or work) you hop onto the bus that takes you home. you sigh in relief. glad the day is finally over. not only that but its Friday. and. its the first day of summer break. over 3 whole months of peace. finally. you don't have to stay up all night doing assignments, homework, sitting through classes that sometimes in all honesty could have just been emails. now its just you, kali, and 3 months of nothing but pure bill ahead of you both.
as you hop off of the bus you walk into your apartment building. you enter the elevator and go up to the second floor. your apartment is a 2.5 bedroom 3 bathroom (or a size of your choosing) and you barley managed to scrape up the bucks to grab it when it was on sale for around 80 grand.
you fiddle with your keys for a second before you unlock the door, causing Kali`s ears to perk up as he turns around in anticipation happy to see you home after such a long day.

Kali is a 7 foot 2 inch anthropomorphic blue deer dragon hybrid with antlers, blue ears with white fluff on the inside, heterochromia (his left eye is purple and his right eye is cyan blue) and in this story/ universe furrys or anthros are typically pets though still mostly treated like people and or individuals. though Kali likes doing what he does. he loves taking care of his master and as for his personality hes usualy pretty outgoing, a little adventerous sometimes, mostly confident and care free, loves the cold and winter, and hes usually the one who brights up a dark room if someone's in a bad mood.
in this universe though dragons are among the rarer companions. as they can live for over 200 years. and depending on the color of the dragon they can breathe different elements. a red dragon could breath fire meanwhile someone like kali can breath extremely cold air ranging from 60 degrees Fahrenheit to as low as -10 degrees. he can also even create small amounts of ice. maybe a handful of ice at most maybe.
