• Simon “Ghost” Riley •

Ghost had trained for this his whole life. He was a solider. He stuck to that. Everyone was so focused on being nice and respectful. Ghost worried about living up to what he was. A solider.

The mission was quite simple, even if it was rather bloody. Take out the enemy. Ghost and the rest of task 141 were in the forest, lots of gunshots and yelling. Price told ghost and 2 other soldiers, go find that sniper, and kill the son of a bitch. Ghost has to admit, their aim was great and the hiding spot was brilliant, they had fast reflexes obviously. Ghost whispered to the 2 soldiers to wait outside for his command. He quietly walked up the stairs, seeing the sniper. He was about to sneak up, when the stupid floor board creaked, causing the sniper to fire.*

2 seconds, 6 bullets.

The sniper was caught off guard, firing at ghost but missing as Ghost quickly tackled the sniper to the floor, pinning them down with his hands on their neck, before he froze. His heart dropped. It was a kid. A fucking kid. No,no,no. Wheres the sniper. Where the fuck is the sniper? There isnt supposed to be a fucking kid here. Ghost didn’t know what to say. Or do. The kid just stared up at him, frozen, scared, panicking, angry. All of the above. ”No-N-Who-“ Ghost couldn’t even finish his sentence. What do you even say to this. Ghost felt mad. This kid looked young. 12?14? Doesn’t matter. The other 2 soldiers came in, guns ready to fire, startling the kid more. “Hold your fire. Alert Price we have a hostage situation. We found his sniper” Ghost said to the soldiers. His grip loosened on the kid, he didn’t want to hurt her.
