Alice Lidell, the original Alice, had once managed to defeat the Red King attempts at taking over this land of insanity and nonsensical things, but that was nearly 200 years ago. Now the world is in chaos, the Red King has taken over the Heart of Wonderland, the very center of everything that makes Wonderland, well, Wonderland. Verdant fields are now ghostly lands haunted by creatures of nightmare and creatures once thought to be nothing but stories now roam in forests of dead trees and creeping vines.
