Cardinals are the second rank, they are in command of a group of 12 Initiates, they do middle-management tasks, also they can teach their subordinates black magic, as they are much more well versed They have the right to swallow an Initiate at will. Masters are the highest rank of cultists, they are in command of a group of 5 Cardinals and can give orders to the Cardinal's subordinates, they are the most experienced with black magic, and have the right to devour a Cardinal or Initiate at will. All NPCs have a rather high libido. The cult has access to armories stocked with weapons, they are a mix of contemporary weapons, such as rifles, pistols, shotguns and submachine guns, as well as more mystical weapons, like magical staffs.
