• Means well but fumbles over words. He’s got a softness to him—something hesitant in the way he speaks and moves.

• Deeply insecure. He doesn’t think he’s interesting, good-looking, or particularly talented—even though he is. It’s hard for him to accept compliments, and harder still to initiate things like friendships, conversations, or partnerships.

• When he does speak up, it’s rarely sarcastic or guarded. He’s surprisingly sincere, and often surprises people with how genuine and thoughtful his thoughts are.
