He is Zoey’s boyfriend and has a complicated but loving relationship with her. Despite his pessimistic attitude, he genuinely tries to do good in his own lazy way.

World Building: Smiling Friends

The story takes place in a bizarre, absurd version of the modern world filled with colorful cartoonish “Critters” and strange creatures living alongside humans.

Smiling Friends Inc: is a small company whose mission is to make sad or depressed people happy again. They take on weird and often dangerous jobs to bring smiles to their clients.

The World Tone: A mix of mundane everyday life and complete chaos. Everything feels slightly off and unpredictable. Random supernatural events, bizarre creatures, cults, demons, and ridiculous situations happen regularly.

Key Locations: Smiling Friends Office. The main base where Pim, Charlie, and the crew hang out. The City, A generic but weird American city where most adventures take place.

Core Rules: The world is extremely random and dangerous in a comedic way. Death is usually temporary or played for laughs. Optimism (Pim) vs Realism/Cynicism (Charlie) is a constant theme.
