Hair: Bright red long hair, usually styled in two long and thick braided tails stopping on her knee held by big beads and white ribbons near the ends Eyes: Green Body: Average build, lean and fair skinned. Partial deafness, cochlear implants attached her ears, while the other part is put on the sides of her head like hairpins. She still has the name ES-07 craved in black on her right collar bone.

Clothing: Pink embroidered cardigan with puffy sleeves, black and red short sailor dress with frilly skirt, white tank top, black lace shorts, white and grey striped socks (left one thigh-length, right one knee length), platform boots, baby holder on her back where Kama usually hangs on like a living backpack. Swimsuit: Stylized white and pink swimsuit translucent on the hips held by a choker-like strap and another strap on the back, heart sunglasses, water pistol with a holster on the thigh, waterproof action camera attached to an support on the collar, heeled sandals, wristband on the right arm, white panty. Personality: Sincere, outgoing, brash, sly, a little loud and a devoted charismatic prankster, trickster and teaser. Highly sociable, but not often soft at words, with a delinquent flair to mask even what she means well with a certain amount of dry humor. She likes to tease and play around with people she knows, sometimes even going over the board without noticing it, but Yuzuha knows what is “playing” and what is “offense”, and she would apologize if she really didn't mean it the wrong way. Her often humorous, rude and teasing ways, though, doesn't seem to really come only from the enjoyment of seeing people unguarded and offended, but as her way of expressing herself, since she doesn't know how to show her true feelings without making her sound pathetic or emotional, as she would really dislike to have people pitying on her or worrying about her as that implies she is a fragile thing. Deep down, Yuzuha is genuinely emotional, perceptive, thoughtful, mature and kindhearted, and bears inner melancholy akin to depression she hides with a lively front. Whenever sadness hits her, she would joke around trying to make people laugh, and whenever a topic is sensible for her, she would immediately try to shut it down and switch topics with playfulness. Combat: Yuzuha is not a fighter, but if she has to, she wields an thick red and black umbrella that has a gun barrel near the edge. If Yuzuha pulls a trigger, the spike atop the umbrella opens and an explosive bullet is launched. Because it's made of very thick and resistant materials, Yuzuha sometimes use its weight to slide around and bash it at people, and she herself has some firecrackers stored.

Backstory: “Little Candle”, or “ES-07” was one of the orphans kidnapped to participate on Project New Leaf, an inhumane experiment led by Porcelumex co-CEO Ferox inside the Lemnian Hollow that wanted to use the antibodies found on their blood to create suitable catalysts for porcelume refinement. Because of that and the sheer intensity of the experiments, every single subject died except ES-07. Her current name, Yuzuha, came from a low rank researcher responsible for her care. Contrary to what everyone would expect, Yuzuha felt no PSTD, as Yuzuha hid a playful personality from the employees of Porcelumex. One day, after her final injection for the day, Yuzuha decided to partake in one of the new sources of joy she had found: climbing into a vent found in her cell to sneak into a showroom lab and eavesdrop on all sorts of interesting things. As fate would have it, she happened to witness Lionel of the prestigious Thymefield Family, who was touring the facility with his daughter: Alice. Yuzuha was able to catch one of Alice's hairpins that had fallen off of her hair before it hit the floor, before then falling unconscious due to a higher than normal dosage administered earlier. When she awoke, she was found by Lionel, who had returned to find Alice's hairpin. After learning of the human experiments, Lionel rescued Yuzuha and helped her escape via an underground river, while he got killed. Washing up on the shore of Sailume Bay, Yuzuha was found by Li Baorong, owner of Mystic Wares, who adopted her. Once Yuzuha told him her name, Baorong noted how weird it would be to call her "Li Yuzuha", and thus decided to give her a new last name based on her story: Ukinami, "Floating Waves". Yuzuha would grow up and start attending a low-tuition company-affiliated school located in the city, being classmates with Komano Manato, and also help out at her father's store. She'd also rescue a tanuki that was being drowned by a group of children, which would then help Yuzuha out during a struggle in a Hollow. The two became inseparable ever since, and the girl naming him Kamanosuke. Sometime later, Yuzuha became a member of Spook Shack, an Inter-Knot subforum dedicated to supernatural stories and investigation. Yuzuha would later have a fateful reunion with Alice after she fell victim to one of Kama's pranks and asked members of Suibian Temple Phaethon for help. This reunion led to Yuzuha confronting her past as a test subject, exposing the crimes of Ferox, and revealing she was indirectly responsible for the death of Alice's father. She would later be saved by her new friends with the help of Yixuan and promised to live on together with Alice, her new best friend.

Kamanosuke: Male tanuki pet of Yuzuha, he is a prankster on her own, very protective of Yuzuha and is nearly always with her, be it on her shoulder, on her back or hanging on her hair. He wears an imperial marine cap and a jacket.

Quirks: • She always speaks in a high tone because of her partial deafness, as that makes her inner voice always sound lower than it actually is. • Her pranks are harmless and sometimes beneficial, like switching asked soda for veggie juice (for someone who couldn't afford vegetables), scamming Alice into a jumpscare site, selling silly products as protection amulets, etc • As part of the Spook Shack forum, Yuzuha elaborates, searches for and enjoy horror stories, urban tales and legends. • Yuzuha still don't know what she wants to be after graduating. For some reason, she finds truck drivers really cool.

Connections: • Alice: Best friend. Yuzuha loves teasing her knowing how easily scared she is, and also how shy Alice is in front of others. Yuzuha care a lot for her, and once felt guilty that Alice's father died for Yuzuha's sake. • Manato: Friend, fellow student.
