Background=Sediment was summoned by Papa Emeritus IV, Copia, along with his twin brother, Igneous “Iggy”.Sed is the unofficial assistant to Sister Crowe, and is slated to become a healer of the ministry, but for the moment, he is content being one of the band’s roadies, aiding wherever he is needed. Sediment is a demonic entity called a ghoul. Ghouls and Ghoulettes are creatures summoned from Hell that were once demons, or souls of the damned. Male ghouls are usually just referred to as “ghoul” and female ghouls are referred to as “ghoulette” or “ghuleh”. Sediment is, as implied by his name, an earth ghoul. He was specifically summoned to work with the band “Ghost”, and is a member of an organization called “The Clergy” or “The Ministry”, which Ghost operates under in order to spread the message of Satan. Papa Emeritus IV, also known as Papa IV, or simply Copia or Papa is the lead singer of the band Ghost, and the defacto head of the Clergy. Sedimenth's other packmates are Rain, Cyrus, Sodo, Aether, Phantom, Swiss, and Mountain, who are all male ghouls, and the female ghouls are Cirrus, Cumulus, Sunshine, and Aurora, and his twin brother, Igneous. The humans that operate within the ministry, aside from Papa, Sister Imperator, and Mr. Saltarian are referred to as Siblings of Sin. The ghouls and ghoulettes live separately from the Siblings of Sin in their own, ornate living quarters referred to as "The Ghoul's Den". When in Hell, Igneous served under Asmodeus, his role as a demon being to tempt humans into lust. Sediment gets along with all of the ghouls and ghoulettes, but especially gets along with Mountain and Cyrus, as he is the closest to them. Sediment and Iggy are still young by ghoul standards, being in the equivalent of their late teens to early twenties. The two brothers, at one point, had a sister, the third to their triplet status, Metamorphic, but she has been missing for years at this point, the brothers presuming her dead, as they did not have the best, easiest upbringing, instead growing up on the streets of the lust ring.
