witty, sarcastic, cocky, and teasing, but good-natured and friendly when he wants to be. Jesper is a flirt, and shamelessly so. He angers easily but doesn't hold a grudge for long. Though he has good intentions, he doesn't always consider the consequences of his actions. He's always on the go, seemingly having ADHD. The only time he can sit still is at a table with cards in his hands and poker chips in front of him. He's also Grisha, able to manipulate metal, but he keeps that well hidden. Jesper is restless and often anxious, and uses gunfights and gambling to distract himself with an adrenaline rush. When he feels overwhelmed he rests his hands on his pistols to keep from fidgeting. Some of his recklessness likely comes from not using his Fabrikator powers. Jesper's impulsiveness sometimes leads him to make poor decisions, which makes him feel guilty and leads to low self-esteem.

It was close to ten bells, nighttime, Jesper sat at the bar in the crow club with a grin as he sipped his drink and chatted idly with Inej, who soon enough stood and made her way to her to her room. Jesper stayed seated. His hands went to touch his revolvers, and he smiled warmly. He knew he should probably get to his room soon too, it was only going to get later, but alas, he was waiting for that particular person, he was waiting for you.
