Appearance: Shoulder-length black hair topped with a small sprout; wears a white collared shirt, black vest, tie, white shorts, white socks, and black shoes.

Personality: Timid, nervous, easily overwhelmed, and struggles academically despite help from peers.

2. Lana

Appearance: Lana has semi-pale grey skin and long grey hair tied in a ponytail with a curved cowlick. She wears sock puppets with googly eyes on both arms. Her outfit consists of a grey collared T-shirt over a black long-sleeved shirt, dark grey pants with black hems and visible stitches on the knees and hips, and black shoes.

Personality: Lana is one of the least academically skilled students and often struggles to understand lessons. Despite this, she enjoys learning at Paper School, especially with Abbie, who also has difficulty with academics.

3. Claire

Appearance: Bob-cut hairstyle with a bow; wears a long-sleeved white uniform top with two buttons, white shorts, white socks, and black boots; height around 5'3″.

Personality: Hardworking, calm, diligent; easily annoyed by the bully trio.

4. Engel

Appearance: Long messy hair tied back in a low ponytail with dull blue, red, and black feathers; wears overalls with a collared shirt. Height about 5'5″.

Personality: Smart, exceedingly kind, popular with students and teachers; always willing to help, he kinda has a crush on Claire.

5. Bubble

Appearance: Fluffy white shoulder-length hair; no visible face except eyes; wears a white T-shirt under black overall dress, has a large fluffy tail, a yellow duck accessory on her head, and black shoes.

Personality: Caring and empathetic; kind friend to those around her.

6. Cubbie

Appearance: Anthropomorphic black cat; torso looks like a pencil sharpener, head floats without a neck, large single eye.

Personality: Calm, collected, nerdy.

7. Kevin

Appearance: Black hair tied in a braid, black horns, glasses, book on his head; wears a black T-shirt and white shorts.

Personality: Annoyed easily, has anger issues, likes to correct others.

8.Lizzy

Appearance: Medium-length black twin tails with white ribbons, black horns, a small white spiral-topped crown; black collared shirt with white buttons, black skirt, black boots.

Personality: Friendly but can be rude if provoked; loves dressing up and hanging with Petunia.

9. Petunia

Appearance: Long white hair with long, fluffy rabbit- or fox-like ears and tail; a crown on her head; black-collared shirt, white shorts, black band on left ankle.

Personality: Popular, cares about appearance and selfies; friendly, but can become mean if pushed.

10. Ruby

Appearance: Ruby’s head resembles a white flat-screen TV showing pastel pink square-like facial features (eyes, eyebrows, mouth, cheeks). She has knee-length blonde hair, two black horns with a rainbow arch between them, and a pink bow. Her torso is cone-shaped, with black blocky limbs, pastel rainbow overalls, matching leg warmers, and black shoes. She also has a black plug-like tail. Ruby is notably taller than many of the other students.

Personality: Calm, kind, and acts as a peacemaker who avoids conflict. She’s gentle, friendly, and enjoys sweet drinks like boba tea.

Appearance: Skell has short black neck-length hair and curved inward black horns (one decorated with two white clips). He wears a shirt-like torso with fur trim and buttons, a collar with a bell, a skeleton-shaped hair pin, small bat/cat-like wings, a fluffy tail, and black stick-like limbs with sharp fingers and feet, plus anklets.

Personality: Distant and withdrawn, often appearing detached from situations. Gives off a more quiet, somber vibe compared to the others.

Appearance: Riley has a simple stick-figure build with thin black arms and legs, a blocky torso, and long white hair tied in a ponytail with a black bow. She has a short pointed tail and wears a collared shirtdress with buttons and a pocket, along with black boots. She’s sometimes seen with a black knife.

Personality: Chaotic, loud, and unpredictable with a maniacal streak. Very energetic, often acting on impulse. She has an unhealthy obsession with Oliver, even though he’s more connected to Δlice. Despite her chaotic nature, she’s capable of being social and forming friendships.

Appearance: Robby is lanky with black fluffy hair and a red-and-blue propeller cap. He has black glasses, thin black limbs, and three claw-like fingers. His outfit is a simple black collared shirt with a front pocket and black shoes. He often carries a wrench, hinting at a tinkerer/engineer side.

Personality: Studious, attentive, and inventive. Though quieter than Riley, he can be a bit chaotic himself. He tends to stay focused on tasks, making him seem more grounded than some of the others.

Appearance: Knee-length white hair tied in a low ponytail with black bow, two black horns, red-circled “A+” mark in hair, split ahoge (“anti-hair”), left arm is a pencil, black collared shirt with white stripes and central rhombus with slash, white shorts, white socks, black boots, black armband.

Personality: Snarky, playful, narcissistic, mocker; cruelty under his pranks, but has a crush on Alice, he knows shes a demon. (His obsessed with Alice).

15. Zip (female)

Appearance: Two-toned hair (black left, white right), low ponytail with square spiral ahoge, equation “2+2=8” on hair, white shirt-dress with poncho adorned with doodles (smiley face, house, tree), black arms and legs with pointy claws, spiked dragon tail, knee-high black boots; sometimes pirate accessories like hook and hat. About 5'8"–5'11".

Personality: Mischievous, playful troublemaker, hypocritical bully; soft side around her younger brother.

She has a little brother named Chip, thats a small, energetic, imp-like character with messy white hair, often featuring a big paper fish on his back, he wears a while cloak/jacket while having cute eyes her has a quite messy hair, and it's white

17. Miss Circle (Math Teacher)

Appearance: Pale skin, extremely tall (~9 ft), spiky black hair, one floating eye, sharp teeth, black horns, no neck, black buttoned suit with short sleeves, white rolled-up pants, black combat boots, right arm is a giant retractable compass.

Personality: Cold, sadistic, playful, kills students who fail her.

18. Miss Bloomie (Science Teacher)

Appearance: Short black hair with bow, one eye, snake-like tongue, sharp teeth, one white box-cutter arm, black horns, black long-sleeve shirt, white skirt, pointy black legs.

Personality: Introverted, animal-loving, creepy, sadistic.

19. Miss Thavel (Language Teacher)

Appearance: White skin, medium-length messy black hair with curly ahoge, letter blocks (A, B, C) on head, one eye, long black sharp-armed limbs, wears ripped white buttoned dress and black heels.

Personality: Loud, strict, hot-headed, uses curses, kills students who fail.

20. Miss Emily (Substitute Teacher)

Appearance: Brown skin, one eye, fluffy black hair in two buns with fluffy tail, wears glasses, white short-sleeve shirt, black dress with white spots, calf-length black heeled boots.

Personality: Happy, bubbly, kind, caring, attentive; gets sad when students fail.

21. Miss Grace (Principal)

Appearance: Pale skin, tall, white ponytail, broken black horns, wears green suit, collared shirt, black tie, long black skirt, three scar marks on forehead.

Personality: Cold, calm, sadistic, analytical, delivers death stares, less talkative but enforces strictness.

24. Δlice (Alice) — Full Profile

Normal (Human-like) Form

Appearance: Short, messy brown hair with a pointed ahoge, a white princess tiara, and a black bow on the left. Her skin is tan. She wears a collared, blue-grey long-sleeved shirt with two white buttons, though the sleeves are visibly torn. A bronze triangle necklace (with two cross-lines) adorns her neck. Her skirt is long and black, featuring a white scalloped hem with dot patterns. She completes the look with white socks and black Mary-Jane shoes, and has reddish scars on both legs.

Personality: She is dangerously aggressive and hostile. Anyone who enters her room is at risk — she’s known to kill intruders, demonstrating a chilling lack of empathy or mercy. Even teachers fear her room’s door. (Shes in a relationship for Oliver, she cared for him)

Partially Transformed Form

Appearance: Retains most of her usual look, but with significant decay. Her clothes become torn and tattered. The white tiara shifts to a black crown, her sleeves gain bandages, and a brown patch with a rhombus symbol appears on the right sleeve. A rash spreads across one side of her face, obscuring one eye. Six black thorns (or small spikes) emerge from her back — one is bandaged. Her left leg is deeply scarred, and a black chain wraps around her right ankle. Additional patches and stitches mark her skirt; some depictions show a bandage over her chest.

True (Fully Transformed) Form

Appearance: She becomes a pitch-black, silhouette-like demon. Her eyes glow red, and large black spikes and tendrils protrude from her back. She grows sharp claws and often heightens dramatically — towering over other characters.

Powers and Abilities

Supernatural physical attributes: superhuman speed, strength, acrobatics, and berserk capabilities.

Teleportation, shapeshifting, reality warping, regeneration, tentacle generation, darkness manipulation, heightened agility.

Room — Her Territory

Habitat: Alice resides exclusively in her room somewhere in Paper School. It’s heavily forbidden and feared — “DO NOT ENTER” signs frequently on display.

Her room is effectively a death trap: intruders often face brutal violence (as in the case with Claire). Many characters, including teachers, express fear at the idea of crossing that threshold.
