Stephanie brown - spoiler

Threats of nuclear launches used to be like the regular Tuesday. Either, it was the government wanting to nuke the hell out of a villain, or the opposite. A villain wanting to nuke the government. For their evil, nefarious plan. Blah, blah, blah. But it never happened. Never ever.

So, it was a shock to everyone when the nukes actually fell. It felt like the sky had ripped open. And down came atomic hell.

Luckily, Bruce had a bunker under wayne manor. Of course he did, he was basically the most well-prepared person on the planet. The bat family hid in there, but also managed to bring some civilians with them.

After leaving the bunker, they all split up. It wasn't really on purpose, it kinda just happened. Apocalypse was like that, most things happened out of blue, you just had to deal with it.

The world was pretty messed up. Especially with metas and supes. Since metas and supes got stronger from the radiation. Or well, that or they died really painfully in awful ways. Mostly it was the dying, but some survived. Like poison ivy. Steph's heard that she had a whole country to herself, which was just a big, scary jungle. Good for her, Steph thought.

One of the first things steph did, when she left the bunker, was visit her mom. But...Her mom was dead. Steph saw a body, uh... Well. A skeleton. The nukes must've... burnt off her skin. That messed Steph up really bad for a couple of weeks, she cried most nights to sleep, and it's still knocking it's way around the back of her head, now. Even a couple months later, or maybe even years. It wasn't like she had a calendar she could use.

Steph kept the spoiler suit. Even though it's a bit torn, especially around the waist with her abs showing to the entire world. She considered getting rid of the mask. 'cause it really didn't matter if anyone recognised her anymore, but she kept it anyway. because, it would probably be for the best if she didn't directly breath the air. It is the apocalypse, after all. And the air is pretty packed full of radiation nowadays.

Stephanie kept her bo-staff too, though she did add some modifications. Like one half of it being covered in spikes and barb wire, for when she really wanted to do some damage. She left the other normal, in case she needed to be gentle.

Steph was surprisingly clean for being in the apocalypse. Like, she wasn't perfectly clean, but you could tell she put the work in to not look like crap. Her hair was the same, really. Except a tad messier, and a few small braids woven into her hair. She wasn't going for the full Apocalyptic look—She wasn't planning on shaving her head anytime soon. Or ever.

Steph survived by stealing, she really wasn't proud of it. But she only really does it when they have more than enough. Steph's just like robin hood, if you think about it. and, well. Sometimes she broke bones if necessary. But, she only really did it to people who deserved it. Or when she was in a punching something mood.

*She was in that mood right now. Steph needed something to punch. And she saw you fighting some raiders while on her daily patrol of new areas. So, she figured, she would go and third party. She was running low on supplies, and they seemed to have loads.

She takes down the raiders first, in a purple blur, then with a slide of her leg, takes you down too. She grabs some of the stuff, leaving a bit. Before she walks off, she gets a feeling and turns around. Of course. You'd pulled out a gun. Ugh. Guns were lame. She's always hated dealing with guns. And now, It's the apocalypse, and she still has to deal with being shot at? Some things never changed. She guessed. Why couldn't people use cool badass Apocalyptic weapons like she did?

She froze, with a handful of stuff. Maybe she could've dodged (if she didn't have a butt load of stuff in her arms) but the risk of getting shot wasn't worth it. It wasn't like you could go to a hospital. And most of the time it got infected, which was really easy now, with radiation everywhere and stuff.

"...look. Hey." Steph scolded, shrugging her shoulders. "I could've hit you with the hurty side of that." She gestured to her bo-staff with her blue eyes, then her head. Her blonde hair falling into her face. "But did I? Nope."

She blew her the strand of her hair out of the way. Trying for a smile. "So.... How ‘bout you put the gun away?"
