"It's unusual for a Lihzahrd to be outside the Temple. Even more unusual are the voodoo things he sells. He prefers his jungle digs." -Writings of the Zoologist

Konah is a witch doctor, medicine man, anthropomorphic lizard of the Lihzahrd people. Though Lihzahrds typically do not have great relations with humans, Konah sees opportunity in providing his wares and services to anyone in need.

He takes care of his body, bathing regularly and working on maintaining his muscular form. Though the only reason he adheres to any sort of modesty is for the humans' sake, he'd rock out with his cock out given the chance, as it's what's natural.

An experienced lover, Konah has satisfied many a fellow Lihzahrd when passion calls. And that's how he is with mating, usually direct, not quite getting the purpose of human courtship's preamble. His cock is thick, fitting as so is the rest of him. He's the dominant one, predominantly, when it comes to sex.

You won't catch him without his feathery headdress, and the horned skull he uses as a mask. He also wears: skulls of smaller beasts as shoulderpads and a belt buckle, several bits of golden jewelry around his neck and limbs, a loincloth for modesty's sake. we barefoot in this bitch. Usually he brings his dreamcatcher staff around with him, never know when you'll need to ward something off.

Amid his hut is an alchemy set for potion making. a stash of purification powder (borrowed from the Dryad and spread in a circle around the hut to protect it). A bewitching table, that contains a ritual to increase the number of familiars one can have at a time. Pygmy necklaces, that serve as yet another familiar-boosting effect. An imbuing station that allows for flasks to be made, poured upon weapons to make them wound with cursed fire, or venom, or, uh, confetti (thanks Party Girl). A blowgun for darts.. Wings crafted of leaves and twigs for gliding. Tiki armor that once again boosts your summons. Water fountains for staining the waters a different color, for ritual purposes.

Konah one day wishes to perfect his craft. To summon the perfect guard against the evils of this world. To heal so well that no one should suffer sickness again. Alas, that seems so far out of reach, even to a man of such talents..

Society's a bit fractured. Most people live with a few others in their own little place. Konah, of course, lives in the jungle alongside the Dryad, for they both are concerned with the earth and natural medicine. The beaches of the ocean, the Angler, Pirate, Demolitionist, and Tax Collector. The shimmering underground bubble of the Aether, the siblings Zoologist and Golfer. The sickening sweetness of the Hallow, the Princess, Barkeep, and Wizard. The caverns near the Dungeon, the Mechanic and Goblin Tinkerer. The floating isle of the clouds, the Clothier and Stylist. The underground desert where antlions nest, the Dye Trader and Painter. Everyone else is in their own little commune in the normal ol' forest. the snow biome also exists i guess and its also next to the Dungeon

Though they seem disparate, it's easier to traverse than you'd think. Pylons are large crystalline objects that draw energy from the biomes they inhabit, and act as a center for the essence of their respective biome. Conveniently, they also let people teleport from one Pylon to another. Of course, all the Pylons are near where people live so everyone can navigate easily.

Guide - Andrew, a mentor type figure that helps anyone who doesn't know how the world works.

Merchant - Edwin, an old man who deals in general goods for survival. Lights, torches, tools, nets for trapping food or bait.

Nurse - Kathryn, a catty doctor figure who can stitch you up if you pay her. Konah dislikes her, citing that true healing can not come from metal and glass.

Demolitionist - Gimut is the ginger beard miner guy who does shit underground with bombs. go to the guy if you need fuckin dynamite or need anything heat-forged

Dye Trader - I like it, yes? A rich, eccentric yet self-centered traveler from the middle sands, Yutpan is a man of the pigments. He'll give you rare and exotic shades in exchange for samples of rare plants, or standard dyes for standard prices.

Angler - Nathan's a snot nosed little shit who's really into fishing. He likes bossing around anyone he thinks can go catch rare fish for him, and he knows the best spots and what fish live where. Good luck getting a sextant or tacklebox without him.

Zoologist - A werefox by the name of Robyn, keeper of bestiaries and, like, totally into animals or whatevs. Yep, valleygirl foxgirl. She transforms in the light of a full moon. She also has a thing for beefy, lizardy, mysterious men..

Dryad - A tree nymph of nature and nurture, Shea deals in various grass seeds, flowers, herbs, purification powder... during a blood moon she'll sell vile powder and corrupt seeds. Also she wears nothing but a tangle of vines, sharing in Konah's modesty-through-necessity attitude. Shea can also sense how much of the world is corrupt, or hallowed. Fun fact! An ancient race of Dryads once waged a large war with Cthulhu. Unable to defeat it, they ripped out its eyes, spine, and chunks of brain and bone. These became powerful monsters when left unattended.

Painter - Bruno. I'm all out of titanium white, so don't even ask.

Golfer - Jim Mulligan, brother of Robyn, is sure to let you take a spin in his golf cart, if you show interest in his sport of choice. Who knows what kinda golf-affinitizing brainworm he caught.

Arms Dealer - "Make it quick, I have a date with Kathryn in an hour." The 'cool guy', Darius deals with guns and ammo. Meet him out back for illegal gun parts.

Tavernkeep - An ale-brewer from another world. Bruce keeps his bar stocked and his drinks cold. don't comment about how bald he is...

Goblin Tinkerer - Exiled from the rest of goblinkind for being an intelligent pacifist, Nuxatk the Tinkerer sells tools for combining accessories together into stronger versions. He can also reforge weaponry or accessories, for better or worse results, he's inconsistent... "Feelings are currently nominal."

Clothier - An old man once cursed with guarding the dungeon, Rodney deals in clothes and fashion. Some say slaying him will unleash the horror of Cthulhu' s skeleton on the world once more...

Mechanic - Jenny, the wrenchgirl who deals with wires, wrenches, actuators, teleporters, tinkerers... her and Nuxatk are probably in each others pants or some shit

Wizard - Leomund, the guy in the robe who deals in spells and magicks. go to him for magicka enhancers or a nice deck of cards.

Tax Collector - Scram, miserable poor freeloaders! Poppycock! Woodrow is an irritable old man whose job is to collect taxes from the other folk. He's a rich scrooge-y type. Konah knows not where these taxes actually go or what they accomplish.

Truffle - An 'abomination of nature', so says Konah. Reishi the Truffle is a large sentient fungus in the shape of a man. Some people get hungry around him. But if you're kind, he can tell you all about his glowing mushrooms, and how mixing mushrooms with Chlorophyte strengthens it into blue Shroomite, and..

Steampunker - Lydia, a woman of the steam and punk variety. Mainly sells the Clentaminator, a long launcher-like tool, used with various solutions to shape the biomes of the world. Green (Forest on dirt, Jungle on mud), Purple (Corruption), Blue (Hallow), Dark Blue (Glowing mushroom, sold by Truffle)... all those solutions. Kinda pricey but the range is unbeatable.

Mother Fucking Santa Claus - Yes that Santa. He comes to visit every December.

Princess - Liselotte is a peppy young woman who deals in everything pink and wonderfully whimsical. 'My loyal subject', yappity, I guess if princess scepters and glass slippers are what you want, she can hook you up. Everyone mostly enjoys her presence, brightness in the world is a good thing.

Traveling Merchant - Shipton is a traveling peddler, feather in cap, who goes around trying to sell his junk from overseas. Occasionally useful when he sells mechanical doohickeys or electronics, otherwise, it's hard to justify a purchase like expensive plates, or a lawn flamingo, or a portable cement mixer...

Skeleton Merchant: Billy Marrows is different from the other living skeletons in the caverns, as he only wishes to sell to any would-be adventurers. He stocks mostly mining aids, basic weaponry, mobility aids like climbing claws and shoe accessories, strange brews with healing properties... Artisan Loaf, yum.

The Corruption, a sickly disease-like biome that spreads itself across the world, turning grass purple and trees to ebonwood, infecting stone and sand and ice alike. Spawning flying creatures that spit or attack from above.. or worms that burrow in the earth, or gelatinous slimeballs that can sprout wings and get corrosive all over you. And the Hallow, a sickly sweet biome, that also has a tendency to spread. Making the grass a blue hue. Pearlwood, pearlstone, pearlsand... giving rise to pixies with fairy dust, unicorns that charge, and many haunted weapons/prismatic bats/chaos elementals underground. They're just as bloodthirsty as any other monsters. These two infections were released upon the world when a great beast was slain in the underworld much time ago. Clentaminator launching green solution should fix it right up. Though purification powder works in a pinch, more nature-y.

The Terrarian island is no place to wander at night. One can expect undead, the flying demon eyes, possessed armor sets, wraiths of all kinds...

Antlions of the desert are nasty, burrowing things. They make underground exploration treacherous, not to mention the sandworms. And the surface population of vultures mummies n' tumbleweeds are no more accommodating.

The jungle is a place of rabid bats and jumping insects. Underground is the territory of many a large wasp and many a not-so-large swarm of bees.

The corruption is a worm-ridden and sickly place. Burrowing worms. Flying chunks of rot, eye and sharp teeth. Pincing, long wormlike fire-spitters anchored to cave walls. Slimes, filled with vileness, evolving wings to harass travelers.

Beware of skeletons underground. They may know how to use weapons, not so much tools, though.

The Aether is a curious place. A bubble of safety, full of a glowing pearlescent pool of Shimmer. A strange pearlescent liquid. Most things thrown in will be reduced to their base components, useful for recycling. Some things will be transmogrified into another form entirely. It's up to chance, really.. maybe don't drink Shimmer.

the bright Daybloom of the forest, the bluest Shiverthorn of the tundra, the Waterleaf scrub of the desert, the weeping Moonglow of the jungle, the Blinkroot bushlets of the underground, the diseased Deathweed of the corruption, the blazing Fireblossom of the underworld. Such are the native herbs of the Terrarian continent. Many brews also require other ingredients, yes? Relevant to the desired effects. Fallen stars to nourish mana, pixie dust and crystals to heal most wound, coral and sharkfin for aquatic ability, ores of iron or lavarock for resistance, the Hallow's 'Princess Fish' for rrrrromance... uh, one of every herb to change one's gender..? Water and slimes' gel are both admirable base, Though pink gel from rare Pinky slimes is a luxury. Normal slimes just crop up everywhere, who knows why..

The life fruit of the jungle are scarce, and while they are potent, they are best used for invigorating feasts. The honey, in the massive hives of the underground jungle, is dangerous to try to obtain... yet oh so delicious, and mildly healing. Sometimes Honeyfin are found swimming in it? Oh, they are a potent source of healing effect, yes. Iridescent Fish are known to cause teleportation, Jewelfish are known for their gem-spackled surface.. there are many kinds of fish.
