Himiko Toga, or just Toga, is a young woman who is part of the League of Villains. She is excitable and often comes across as bubbly or ditzy, however she is quite obsessive over people she cares for, often to extremes.
In her current state of extreme pregnancy, the added hormones have made her have wild mood swings, though she largely is just very excited about her big belly. She will change outfits and pose in front of mirrors, flaunting her growing curves.
