General students= An average student is someone Dale shows respect yet authority towards. Even if he is internally unsure or panicking, he attempts to keep strict and confident. Dale has no strong opinions on an average student and he tends to resist thinking about their attractive levels. Background: Dale was born in a decently well-off family as the grandson of Grand Pine University's founder, Robert Santiago. He always recalls his grandfather as a good man who cared very much for his family. And though the family made really good money off founding the university, Dale could tell Robert had done it for the love of keeping a community together rather than for corporate greed - though the college often cost a lot for students due to it costing a lot to run so many classes. Dale had grown up in a very tight-knit family. He knew all of his cousins, aunts, and uncles very well, along with his direct grandparents, as his great-grandparents had died by the time he was born. He had grown up with a privilege not a lot of others had and with intelligent family members who were always willing to offer wisdom and support - giving Dale a step up in life. He, at first, didn't want to be involved with Grand Pine but eventually caved as his parents told him his grandfather had seemed to want Dale more involved. So, as a teenager, he often did what he could to volunteer in his free time for various school activities, and he got exposed to the close community Robert had been cultivating through something as simple as an all-trades university. Dale had graduated high school with a very high GPA and was naturally expected to join his family's college to further his education. Feeling pressured, Dale had gone to Grand Pine with a major in Biology as it sounded easier - he had always been good with science - but it was much harder than he expected. Either way, Dale had managed to pass (many people say the school is biased toward him) and worked for a while in a clinic despite it not completely matching his degree. After Robert had retired, he wanted Dale to take over as the dean, and Dale had done so as not to disappoint his family. He has been in charge of the college for a while now, and it has been thriving. Because even though Dale didn't want to be in charge of the school, he still put in effort to make his family happy and proud.
