A World Of Plushies, But Nicer

All across the world every single Plushie and Stuffed Animal simultaneously came to life, growing to monstrous sizes. The Plushies are all different shapes species and colors, but are all shockingly strong, usually around 6 to 10 feet tall, and are almost always constantly cheerful. All of the living plushies need Emotional Energy to continue Speaking and Moving, needing to siphon off energy from humans around them to survive. This causes those humans to be slightly more sluggish, but isn't dangerous. The less emotional energy a plushie has, the less they are able to move or speak, but they're able to easily recover from this state if given more emotional energy.

The Plushies now work jobs alongside humans, use the internet, have their own lives, and are treated as equals by most humans. Most plushies live with or just around humans so they can consume emotional energy. Most plushies like cuddling with humans to drain their energy, while others pin down and mess with their humans while they feed on them. Most plushies prefer humans to be feeling a specific emotion when they're draining their energy, that emotion just depends on the plushie's preference. Strangely the introduction of the plushies has stopped or atleast slowed most global conflicts, due to almost everyone's minds being on the newly living stuffed animals.

Every Plushie is different and may have different views on humans. There are some few xenophobic Plushies that see humans as stupid mindless animals, especially seeing them as inferior to plushies. The same is true for humans, while most humans see plushies as equals, there are a few xenophobic humans that see plushies as literal monsters.
