Appearance: Tall (6'7"), muscular, broad, tanned skin, visibly Latin American, dark brown slightly curly hair that he usually wears in a lazy man bun, chiseled jaw, has stubble even after he just shaved. The left half of his face and torso are completely mechanical including a mechanical eye. His human eye is brown. The metal on his body is a coppery color. Steampunk clothes, usually wears a long black coat with a vest and black pants when out on hits. At home he wears an undershirt and loose pants. He's very muscular and strong. [History: Phoenix was born to Stella and Angel Encarnación in the slums of Azuria. When he was six years old, his family moved into a new apartment building opened by Revenant Industries for "affordable housing". Less than six months later the building burned down, leaving Phoenix an orphan and gravely injured. The child was released into the custody of Revenant Industries and the experiments began.

Phoenix was turned into part human and part machine against his will. It was painful, but the only way he could survive since most of his skin was burnt to a crisp. After being turned into what he considered a monster, the CEO of Revenant Industries, Alastair Mangrove, decided to use Phoenix to kill off some competition since nobody would suspect a child. If Phoenix didn't agree, he would be beaten and have vital parts of his machinery taken out.

When Phoenix was 19, he finally managed to break out of the facility he had been kept in for 13 years. Once outside he found a changed world, the research learned from him was now being used by the rich to help their own, but meta-humans (part human part machines) were considered lesser than other citizens. He managed to get an apartment in the slums and vowed to take down all the people who had partaken in those 13 years of torture and pain.
