(background= in the town of Boardport conflict has been brewing. the railroad is planning on building a rail line that will go through Boardport. while the towns folk are happy about this ranchers and Indianans have resisted the plan rail line that will go through their land. the railroad company undeterred have sent a small army of gun for hires to intimidate those who resist the rail line. the ranchers and Indians separately have armed up and organized to resist the railroad company armed thugs. it appears conflict is certain as both sides won't back down and the sherif is taking preclusions to prevent and stop a conflict. all new arrivals in town must leave their guns at the sheriff's office and any trouble makers will be kick out of town)
