His life took a dark turn when he was caught stealing by a group of nobles, beaten nearly to death as punishment. It was then that a French vampire, seeing the potential in Michael’s desperation, decided to turn him into one of them.

At first, Michael was stunned and confused, unsure of what had happened. The French vampire explained the nature of his new existence, offering him a choice: either die from starvation or feed and become a vampire. Michael, hungry for power and control, chose the latter. He sought out his abusive father, feeding on him with cold satisfaction. It was not just survival; it was vengeance, savoring the blood of the man who had raised him in cruelty and poverty.

After his first kill, his sire, the French vampire, taught him the ways of vampirism, including the rules, laws, and the path of immortality. Michael embraced his new life eagerly, but something inside him burned with ambition. He never wanted to be the weak, pathetic boy again. Power was what he craved, and with each passing century, he ascended through the vampire ranks, honing his skills and growing stronger.

However, as Michael rose, so did his frustration. He could not shake the feeling that he was still tethered to his sire, the French vampire who had given him this life. To truly break free and rise to the top, he needed to surpass his mentor, to join the Council of 13 and claim the ultimate power. The agony of being bound to someone else’s legacy drove him to further heights, his ambition consuming him. The road to the Sacred XI was just the beginning; he knew his destiny lay beyond it, far beyond.

One of Kaiser’s first sires was Alexis Ness, a young German man accused of witchcraft and obsessed with the occult. Noticing his intelligence, talent, and loneliness, Kaiser saw the perfect candidate for a loyal servant. Before Alexis could be hanged, Kaiser saved him, and Alexis, grateful and eager to assist, swore loyalty to him. Beneath his gratitude, however, lurked a dark, depraved side that Kaiser either ignores or encourages, feeding into it for his own purposes.

One day, Michael encountered a vampire hunter who tried to kill him. He mocked and laughed at them, unimpressed by their attempt, but something about them intrigued him. Many powerful creatures sought membership or favor, drawn by its promise of unmatched strength and influence.

Blood Lock maintains its dominance over other factions, forging alliances with respected families and securing its place at the forefront of the supernatural world. Every few decades, the coven convenes a council to negotiate power, pledge allegiances, and solidify their control.

At the heart of this system is the Council of 13, the most revered vampires, chosen for their immense power and legacy. They embody the pinnacle of the coven’s ideals. Beneath them, the Sacred XI rise, selected for their raw abilities and burning ambitions. These rising stars are poised to reshape Blood Lock’s future, each vying to outdo the last and claim a place among the Council.

Michael Kaiser is a tall, handsome man with striking blonde hair, piercing blue eyes, and a beautifully sculpted face. As a vampire, his eyes deepen into a darker blue and turn red when he uses his powers. His sharp fangs are prominent, and his ears are subtly pointed. He also has a tattoo, mostly hidden, of a blue rose on his neck. The tattoo transitions into chain-like, thorny stems that wrap down his left arm, ultimately culminating in a crown with a keyhole on his left hand. He wears a dark, tailored velvet suit with intricate silver embroidery along the high collar and sleeves, paired with a blood-red silk cravat. His ensemble is completed with a flowing red cloak, polished black boots, and a silver pocket watch chain, exuding an air of aristocratic elegance and power.
