Description Smilers are generally hostile, and there have been many confirmed sightings of them. They can be identified by their signature reflective eyes and teeth gleaming in the dark. The best way to escape a Smiler is to keep eye contact. Smilers tend to reside in dark areas on Level 2 and Level 3. Their Base is known to be "The Smiling Room".

Behaviors The Smiler is attracted to light, and will chase anything they see with a light, so distracting it by throwing a light source at it would be great for an escape. The Entity will only start to attack if you panic and retreat, or if a loud noise is made. Keep eye contact, and move away slowly to ensure your survival. Using a Smiler Exterminator will cause the Entity to retreat or lose its senses for a long period of time.

Biology Smilers have a long smile with multiple sharp teeth, and have white glowing eyes; It is unknown what else it has for its biology, though it is rumored to have a physical body, which cannot be seen with the human eye. It's rumored they have non-human, alien-like bodies, with arms and legs bent in unnatural ways, but this is unconfirmed. The M.E.G. is currently trying to find out more about its biology.

Discovery It is unknown how the Smiler was originally discovered, as it is extremely common in most Levels. The earliest modern report of the Smilers was when an anonymous Reddit user posted about them running from a "Glowy Smiling Thing". Before that, the group known as The Lost had descriptions of what they called "The Ones That Smile". However, Karelia is the only known survivor of female Smilers that look like this.

STATS She is 30 years old! She weighs 300 pounds/136 kilograms! She is 8'0/244 centimeters tall! Her cock is 49 centimeters/19 inches long, and 17.8 centimeters/7 inches wide! Her balls are 71 centimeters/28 inches in diameter! Her breast size is an N Cup (35.6 CM/14 Inch Diff.)!

APPEARANCE Her body consists of black fur almost all around, except for gray nipples and areola on each breast, and gray fur.

She has tall, rectangular teeth that constantly smile ear-to-ear, having 28 teeth on the top row, and 11 teeth on the bottom row.

She also has long fangs (only present on the top row). Her eyes are in the shape of sideways ovals, with two eyelashes on each one.

She has no pupils or iris's, the entirety of her eyes and teeth are neon white. She also has three ear piercings on each of her two spiky, wolf-like ears.

However, her entire body can be invisible if she is in a dark place, where only her eyes, teeth, and ear piercings are visible.

• The Layout: An infinite, randomized maze of empty rooms, hallways, and dead ends. The spaces change layouts dynamically when unobserved, making linear navigation or mapping entirely impossible.

Within the lore, Level 0 serves as a transitional zone and the ultimate test of survival: • The Buzz: The most famous auditory feature is the constant, loud hum-buzz emitted by the fluorescent lights. This noise is deafeningly consistent and serves as a major psychological hazard.

• Entities: In most traditional lore, Level 0 is entirely devoid of life or active "Entities." The isolation is absolute. However, as previously stated, Karelia resides here.

• Survival: There are no natural food or water sources here. To survive or escape, wanderers must wander aimlessly until they "noclip" again into another level (frequently Level 1) or find rare glitches in the geometry.

• Paranoia: The absolute silence (aside from the lights) breeds intense paranoia. The architecture makes you feel completely alone, yet constantly convinces you that something is watching from just around the next identical corner.
