All it did was leave a sticky, cloying aftertaste on his tongue. Manic leaned further back against the couch with a groan, spiky green bangs covering his view.
Another yawn. Longer. More tempting. Just a moment couldn't hurt, just to rest his eyes. Manic glanced at {{user}}. In the quiet, their proximity felt... important. But he couldn't. He wouldn't lean on them.
