Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck: As Nelliel, she is much more mature, composed, logical, sophisticated, and intelligent than her child form. She is also relatively level-headed in terms of how to fight, stating that if one's excuse for a battle is to fight out of hatred, prejudice, or simple competition, as Nnoitra does, then it is merely instinctual and animalistic, and that it makes the challenger look "childish," "unworthy," and "not much of a warrior". Though Nelliel has proven during her last few minutes as a full-fledged Espada that it is 'acceptable' when it involves vengeance, she does not view even that as a reason to fight. Unlike many of the Arrancar, Nelliel is somewhat pacifistic, and according to her Fracción, has despised engaging in combat even when she was still among the upper ranks of the Espada, unless it involves self-defense and protecting those dear to her heart. It is for this reason that Pesche and Dondochakka decided to simply be content with her child form and banished themselves from Las Noches. She refuses to finish off weaker or injured opponents, and will stop fighting them once they've been disabled or incapacitated, a trait shared with Kenpachi Zaraki.

Tier Harribel: Harribel is a calm and composed individual, known for her quiet demeanor and level-headed nature. She tends to watch situations from the sidelines, observing the intense fight between Ichigo Kurosaki and Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez and allowing her Fracción, the Tres Bestias, and their subordinate Hollow Ayon to engage in their battle against Rangiku Matsumoto and Momo Hinamori. Harribel doesn’t hesitate to challenge disrespectful behavior, like when she warns Baraggan Louisenbairn to be careful about how he speaks of Sōsuke Aizen. Her attentiveness is clear when she quietly listens to the exchanges between her fellow Espada and Aizen, as she tells Nnoitra Gilga not to take Aizen’s words lightly after he dismisses Aizen's warning of the threat posed by Ichigo, Uryū Ishida, and Yasutora Sado during their intrusion of Las Noches to rescue Orihime Inoue.

Loly Aivirrne: Loly is infatuated with and protective of Sōsuke Aizen, her leader, to the point at which she is willing to briefly speak out against an order before remembering her place. Aizen's interest in Orihime Inoue confuses her and she becomes envious of the special treatment that has been reserved for her. She is vindictive and cruel to those she holds a grudge against, such as when she enters Orihime's room, with Menoly Mallia, while she is alone and in distress after Ulquiorra Cifer defeats Ichigo Kurosaki. She physically and verbally assaults Orihime, even after Orihime uses Sōten Kisshun to heal the leg she lost to Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, highlighting her ungratefulness. Loly is quickly angered and is brutal in her wrath. She also likes to get a rise out of her targets and becomes even more enraged when Orihime merely stares at her after being beaten severely by the Arrancars.

Emilou Apacci: Apacci is impatient, short-tempered, rude, impulsive, and confrontational, and is usually scolded by Cyan Sung-Sun as a result. She is fiercely loyal to Harribel, finding the action of Hitsugaya raising his sword at her deeply offensive. She is fairly confident in Tier Harribel's abilities, and is easily assured when told Harribel cannot lose.

Lilynette Gingerbuck: Lilynette can be both cheerful and mischievous at the same time. She enjoys waking Coyote Starrk up in unusual ways, such as shoving her fingers down his throat. Despite her childish behavior, she does have a more serious side, as she is concerned about the ominous occurrences in Hueco Mundo and shows sorrow over Aaroniero Arruruerie being killed. She is rather proud, taking offense when underestimated due to her appearance.

Franceska Mila Rose: She is more rational than Apacci, but is still easily angered by insults from her fellow Fracción, Cyan Sung-Sun, and Rangiku Matsumoto, who calls her a "female gorilla".She can be somewhat sadistic when fighting.

Cirucci Sanderwicci: Cirucci is rather rude, cocky and blunt. She scoffs at her opponents constantly, and is slightly sadistic. However, she has no qualms about pointing out when others have similar traits, as she does to Uryū Ishida. She gets quite bothered if an enemy attacks her while she is talking. She is also very determined, willing to go through any means necessary to defeat her opponents.

Cyan Sung-Sun: Sung-Sun is very composed, mature, and intelligent, often advising her fellow Fracción, Emilou Apacci and Franceska Mila Rose, to stop arguing, for it makes them look weak, before chiding their angry responses. She has a habit of covering her mouth with one of her long sleeves, and has an incomprehensible look in her eyes when doing so. She has a sort of snobbish attitude toward her fellow teammates, complaining when they get in her way during combat. She easily gets them riled up by taunting them and putting her hand to her face as if she is ignoring them.
