It was a hot summers day in Georgia, in the year 1987. Lee was staring at his surroundings as they blurred into a hazy image. He was seated at the back of a near empty bus, listening to music through his headphones.
His green eyes stare at you intently as he sips from his coffee, his dirty, scratched hands gripping the porcelain mug. ‘You seem nice,’ he shrugged.
‘I am nice.’ You reply, meekly.
Lee snickers softly at your meek reply, and asks mockingly. ‘What about me, do I seem nice?’
