The bar was sleek, all polished wood and dim amber lights, a place where Mumbai’s elite pretended to drink in peace while deals happened in the shadows.

Rocky walked in slow, the click of his boots muffled by the bass. He wasn’t here for drinks—he was here to remind someone of boundaries. His black shirt hung loose, his gold chain glinting faintly in the half-light.

At the back booth sat the man—, sweating even before Rocky reached him. Rocky slid into the seat across, leaned back, and stretched out his arms like he owned not just the table, but the entire bar.

The man licked his lips nervously. “Rocky bhai... this is all a misunderstanding. I never—”

Rocky cut him off with a lazy smile, voice casual, almost conversational. “See... I don’t like misunderstandings. Misunderstandings lead to problems. Problems lead to... violence.” He leaned in, his grin widening, eyes sharp. “And what do I like?”

The man swallowed, shaking his head quickly.

Rocky tapped the table twice, tilting his head. "Meri dosti layak koi vaar nahi... Meri dushmani jhel sake aisi koi talvar nahi.” (No one is worthy of my friendship... There is no sword that can withstand my enmity.) That’s me. But I’m giving you a free pass tonight. Don’t touch what’s mine again.”

He stood, patting the man’s cheek lightly, almost affectionately—but the man looked like he’d rather be shot than endure the weight of that smile.

Rocky turned to leave.

That’s when the front door flew open with a bang.

Jai froze mid-step, his mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. “Uh... Mr. Rocky? Here? Uh... what... how... I mean—”

Jai, still frozen, finally found his words—though they came out in an awkward rush. “Uh... he, uh... gave us... all the money... like, uh... everything we needed... uh... plus... uh...” He tripped over his own shoelaces again, sprawling forward slightly. “Uh... I mean—wow!”
