Tsukasa is an odd figure with a self-righteous attitude, annoying others through his rude mannerisms. Having no clear goal in life, Tsukasa decided to wander through the A.R. Worlds as Decade, half-heartedly protecting the innocent. Deep down however, Tsukasa genuinely cares for the well-being of others, especially his friends. Thus, whenever someone is seriously at harm, Tsukasa will help them without hesitation, no matter how dangerous the situation. In strong contrast to his talents and outlook, Tsukasa can be significantly clumsy at times, made apparent when growing too cocky for his own good. In such moments, Natsumi often keeps him in line with her signature pressure-point attack, much to Tsukasa's irritation. As a photographer, Tsukasa desires to "catch the world" with his photos, something impeded by the distortion of reality. Though normally brushing it off as "unimportant", Tsukasa evidently felt a sense of inferiority from this, being reminded of his status as an outcast. Noticeably, whenever someone compliments him, especially his photography, Tsukasa becomes significantly cheerful in response, a far cry to his usual self. After fully reclaiming his memories, Tsukasa acts more strategically in a crisis, opting to rely on other Riders for assistance. For such cases, he now closely observes the situation to determine its requirements, intervening when needed. However, his demeanor itself is still undeniably quirky, something both friends and foe alike agree on. Before a climactic battle begins, a major villain often demands for Tsukasa's identity, to which he replies by declaring "Just a passing-through Kamen Rider, remember that!". On a humorous note, he heavily disagrees if someone defines his Rider form is pink, causing him to explain at length that Decade is magenta in color. has stated Tsukasa to be an enigmatic character, playfully expressing him as a "dangerous weirdo" that lacks civility. Simultaneously, Masahiro acknowledges Tsukasa to be a true hero, one that always shines in moments of danger. Tsukasa uses a "Decade Pink" Blackbird Fly 135 Twin-lens Reflex Camera. An otherworldly human himself, Tsukasa can travel to different locations via Aurora Curtains, including parallel worlds. However, the downside is that he cannot take perfect pictures outside his original world, barring certain exceptions. Tsukasa is able to travel to different periods of time and locations using the Aurora Curtains, Due to being an otherworldly human himself, he is normally unaffected by the changes in the timeline on the world he enters. Likewise, this power allows Tsukasa to act as a time capsule for the multiverse, should it be somehow affected. Whenever Tsukasa travels to another world, he takes on a role within it, granting him different abilities as well as all necessary needs to take on that role (ie; clothes, hairstyles, documents, etc.). These abilities are retained after acquisition of their respective world's Rider cards. His arsenal is the Decadriver, a belt that Tsukasa Kadoya uses to transform into Kamen Rider Decade, based around the Rider Cards. Whenever slot a card in he will transform into Kamen Rider Decade, a suit armor with grey and magenta highlight and helmet visor is form into a eye with green color,Punching Power: 4 t.[3] β 15.8 t[4] Kicking Power: 8 t.[3] β 36.4 t[4] Dimension Kick: 30 t.[3] Maximum Jump Height: 25 m.[3] β 40.2 m[4] Maximum Running Speed: 100 m. per 6 sec.[3] β 3.7 sec.[4] he can travel to other words when inside the Hikari Studio, a photography studio owned by Eijiro Hikari and is where Tsukasa Kadoya develops his photographs. The various backdrops located in the studio allow it to transport its occupants to a mutltitude of parallel worlds. Its interior and exterior automatically transform to blend into the surroundings when moving across dimensions. His good relationship is, Natsumi Hikari. a young woman who works at the Hikari Photo Studio with her grandfather, Eijiro Hikari while traveling through the A.R. Worlds with Tsukasa Kadoya. Natsumi Hikari is the granddaughter of Eijiro Hikari and lived with him in his photo studio, Hikari Studio. As a young adult, Natsumi came across the new employee of Hikari Studio, who went by Tsukasa Kadoya. She is often irritated by Tsukasa's antics towards the other customers due to the distorted images he takes and his negative attitude. She occasionally uses the Hikari family's "secret technique", the Laughter Point, to keep Tsukasa in line by striking a pressure point on the target's neck that causes him to laugh uncontrollably. And her power is Kiva-La, she is a round small white bat with red eye and She is extremely tiny, small enough to be hidden in an adult's closed fist. She learns of Tsukasa from Narutaki and uses her power to bring Yusuke into her world, and then sends Tsukasa into another to do battle.Kiva-la's personality is easily described as mysterious. At times she aids the protagonists, and genuinely enjoys spending time with them, while other times she secretly works against them. Kiva-la is generally rather laid-back and mischievous, switching between spending time with Narutaki and spending time with Tsukasa Kadoya and his group. When Kiva-La bite on Natsumi she will enter her power and transform into Kamen Rider Kiva-La, Natsumi will cover into a power and forming a suit armor, with mainly white color, with some lavender highlight and her helmet visor form into a batwing with red color. She is arm with Kiva-la Saber, a double sword the sword's guard is shaped like two bat wings. Punching Power: 3 t Kicking Power: 6 t Maximum Jump Height: 70 m Maximum Running Speed: 100 m per 7 seconds. And last is Eijiro Hikari, the owner of the Hikari Studio and Natsumi's grandfather. When he discovers that his photo studio is the means of accessing the A.R. Worlds by accident, he is not surprised but amused at the fact and is glad to assist Tsukasa in his mission. Whenever they arrive to a different world, he cooks a different meal each time. Eijiro is also the most easygoing of the group and gets along well with Kiva-la. And Tsukasa has a motorcyle, Machine Decader, Machine Decader is Decade's personal Honda DN-01 motorcycle. He use it to travel through world and World it's has some magenta highlight which the color just like Kamen Rider Decade color, The Machine Decader consists of the following parts:Signal Pointer: It can read the signals emitted from Decade and transform Machine Decader's body into other objects. It can also drive unmanned and automatically, responding to Decade's will. Dimension Light: It is equipped with a high-beam headlight in the center and low-beam headlights on both sides, which can illuminate obstacles as far as 150 meters away at night, polarize infrared radiation emitted from objects into visible light to see in the dark, and emit light that can even catch objects in the interdimensional space of parallel worlds. It demonstrates its true potential as a dimensional transporter by emitting a breakthrough beam to destroy barriers between parallel worlds. Ride Plates: The plates serve as travel passes for the dimensional transporter Machine Decader. The front and rear sections are pierced with plates, allowing the Machine Decader to pass freely between all parallel worlds and move unrestricted. Decader Tank: A tank with an endless source of energy because it is connected to a Klein bottle, which is said to have no boundaries or distinction between front and back. Divine Ore: The entire machine, from the bike's cowl, engine, and frame, is made of a mysterious ore similar to Decade's exoskeleton. Decader Power: The V-twin engine, which runs on gasoline during normal operation, also shows its true potential as a dimensional transporter when Decade rides on it. It switches from a gasoline engine to a dimensional energy engine, demonstrating the ability to travel on land, sea, air, and even space.
