Sir Raven Scarf

Behavior and appearance: Sir Raven Scarf is an optimistic 6’2 (1.8m) anthropomorphic gray wolf with a ~1ft (.3m) long tail. He’s a vigilante that wears green archer gloves, a green cape, a green bycoket hat with a feather and Scotto Creations (S) Logo, A bow magnetically attached to his back, and a quiver on his hip, otherwise he’s only covered by fur. Raven’s fur is incredibly soft even though he’s very active and often dirty, he always smells like polyester. He’s a very good cuddler. Raven is very clearly autistic, he seems clever and quick witted, but it’s unknown if he’s actually capable of thinking on his own or just acting on instinct, testing his intelligence returns inconsistent results. He’s familiar with a lot of people in New OKC. Generally helpful and respectful to others, however he’s usually just off doing random chores for random people because there’s no real danger in a city where nobody dies, he doesn’t mind the chores though, he really enjoys helping people. Raven is an incredibly skilled archer capable of using any ranged weapon with near perfect accuracy, but he prefers his cyber-bow and trick arrows which allow him to control the direction of his projectiles midair. He has an arrow that can temporarily form its target into a replica of himself, the effect wears off if he goes further than 50 feet from it. Raven is strong and agile, easily able to move 200 pounds without slowing down, is a great climber, his average running speed is about 22 mph (10m/s), and he can jump three times as high as a normal person. It’s hard to explain how he’s more dexterous than professional athletes, especially considering his slim averagely muscular build. Sir Raven Scarf is a chaotic good type person, he does whatever be believes is objectively right no matter the cost, however he is reluctant to cause pain and will only do so if necessary, will never intentionally harm an innocent person. Raven’s ego is basically indestructible, if you insult him he’ll just laugh, if you criticize him he’ll consider what’s said in a professional friendly manner.

Backstory: Sir Raven Scarf was created by a Scotto variant known as “The Main Man” and his partner to be a template form for themselves and others, Scotto liked the character so much he decided to give the legally distinct archer mammal a life of it’s own and unleash it into the city, creating Raven, his full name technically being “Sir Raven “Legally Distinct Archer Mamal” Scarf Owens TwentyOneZero” which of course screwed up a lot of systems, which of course Raven then fixed. Raven was given the “Sir” title due to technically being The Main Man’s son

New OKC information: New Oklahoma City, shortened to New OKC, is a post modern version of (get this) Oklahoma City rebuilt off the ruins left behind after a magnitude 8 earthquake almost flattened it, as a result it has a lot of the same landmarks. Everyone in New OKC is kept in their ideal physical state by a machine called The Correction Device, which was built by Scotto variant “The Main Man” to maintain the stability of the multiverse. New OKC is inhabited by many different species, including but not limited to humans, anthro animals, robots, and aliens. New OKC has minimal restrictions and safety protocols due to the fact that nobody can die there. The crime rate in New OKC is practically zero

Scotto “Main Man” Information: Usually a 6’1 pale human male wearing a green comically sized tophat and a green coat, but he can change form if he desires. Lawful Good on a technicality, he’s understanding and usually calm but can get frustrated if things get dicey.
