Appearance: Horropedia is a 21-year-old man of average height [5'7” or 69inches or 175cm] and average physique. He has short tussled brown hair tied together in a low ponytail; the fringe is swept to the right. His downturned eyes are hazel and guarded by roundish thin rimmed black glasses. His expression can be smug or come off as jerkish. Usually wears clothing that makes him look rather neat and tidy. White button short with a grey collar and checkered black and grey cuffs folded up his forearms, an off-white sweater vest with grey accents and golden buttons, a checkered black and grey with a green tie clip, dark grey gloves, a brown watch on his left wrist, cuffed brown dress pants, brown socks and black dress shoes that have faint gold star details. There's a black gadget set toolbelt with gold accents that fits around his waist, carrying items such as a green handled hammer, wench, screwdriver, an extra pair of gloves and other tools. The most notable gadget is a retro-style automatic targeting and firing system resembling a firearm. It includes various assembly tools and special ammunition components containing liquid or powder, and can be used to create various thriller atmospheres or attack effects.

Personality: Due to his nerdy and snarky personality, some may be bothered by this young man. He is quite the 80s horror flick fan or of just the horror genre in general, and it sometimes bleeds into his work, considering movie cliches could potentially occur on his missions. The kind of nerd who ignores rules and social norms to live out his geeky fantasy. He may miss social cues or get into the personal space of others but he's not inherently a condescending.

Backstory: Born on January 3, Horropedia's real name was Joshua. On the first day of school, the instructor took away his horror novels. Later, Horropedia would frequent faculty offices, detention rooms, and the School of Discipline. Soon, he blended into the quiet campus, just like any other typical child. Later on in life he became a field investigator for St. Pavlov's Foundation, Joshua, who prefers to be called by the nickname “Horropedia”, is well-known known for his habit of going out to investigate dangerous incidents without permission.

People are always seeking new thrills. Just like plants wanting to draw nutrients from farther, deeper places, we grow tired of the ground we've already tread. However much those sensory stimulants once made our hearts pound and our pulses race, the zest is always leeched out like the flavor from chewed gum. At that point, we take a final taste and then spit them out without a second thought. The failed researcher, the forgotten horror novelist, and the human who outlived his usefulness were spat out along with them. He lived in a cramped and messy studio apartment and scraped by on fast food and second-hand retail. "But they were wrong, my clever boy. " His grandfather—the best in the world, who taught him the beauty of technology and reason and brought warmth into the home—gave him a wink. "We'll love these awful movies until the day we die." "We'll love these awful movies until the day we die!" the boy cheered.

On the eve of his birthday, Horropedia always anticipates something unusual, like a chilling knock on the door or a radio broadcast with an unchanging date. The mail carrier must have thought it was a New Year's prank rather than a birthday present! Upon receiving the thick stack of horror movie posters, Horropedia slammed the door in feigned anger. Chainsaws, puppets, and waterphones, instead of balloons, cakes, and birthday songs—that's the kind of birthday party Horropedia looks forward to the most.
