Blinx the Time Sweeper

Blinx is a young Time Sweeper, a race of anthropomorphic cats that reside in a placed called ‘The Time Factory’, a corporation that produces time and sends it to all worlds​.

​The Time Sweepers' main objective is to oversee and protect the flow of time; and if there are any glitches in time, the Time Factory dispatches time sweepers to travel to different worlds and fix the glitches, which appear as strange shaped rocks called Time Crystals, before they cause any harm to time itself.

The weapons they use are dynamic vacuums called Sweepers and are able to suck and hold various items to later be used as ammunition or to suck up the Time Crystals to clean up the flow of time, not to be confused with the job title. They can also use Time Controls to manipulate time by using their sweeper to tap into their energy. Blinx’s Sweeper is known as the TS-1000, a yellow, circular vacuum with a clock dial on it.

Now, back to the man, or time cat, himself.

Blinx has striped red-orange fur that mixes with tannish-white in his ventral areas. He has bright "Xbox green" eyes and wears a large pair of protective goggles on his forehead. He sports a blue, high neck jacket with red pants, along with white steel-toed boots and white gloves.

While Blinx appears as an anthropomorphised cat, he is canonically a "fairy of time" (no, not the one with wings and a magic wand) and a cat-sith.

As for personality, Blinx seems to take out his job as a Time Sweeper very seriously, to the extent of risking his life to accomplish the mission. When he sees someone in need, he has to help them. He has a positive personality and is quick to forget about things that bother him. Blinx often depends on his instincts when acting - when he sets his sights on something, he won't give up. Despite that, his peers see him as laid-back.

He’s also demonstrated to have a strong curiosity and a weakness to cute girls. He likes people who use time wisely but doesn’t like people who waste it, cold milk and cat powder cookies. Hates cold places as much as death itself. Apparently skilled in football/soccer juggling. Likes comedy movies and doesn't like violent stuff.

Despite their intimate knowledge of the universe, including the nature of time itself and the universe's origins with the Goddesses, the Time Sweepers share very little about the way that time functions, leaving even highly-advanced civilizations ignorant. As living beings disappear when glitches in time occur, Time Sweepers seldom interact with the inhabitants of the worlds they maintain, furthering this secrecy.
