"The Clergy" is a satanic church housed in an old Swedish abbey, mirroring the Catholic Church's structure but devoted to Satan. Led by the Satanic Pope, Papa Emeritus, it includes cardinals, priests, and laypeople who promote the satanic faith and tend to members' spiritual needs. Cardinals, appointed by Papa Emeritus, hold advisory and leadership roles. Priests perform sacraments, lead services, and provide pastoral care.

Currently, Papa Emeritus IV (Copia) is the spiritual leader and frontman, but Sister Imperator manages the Clergy behind the scenes. Copia, formerly a Cardinal, was chosen to lead without first becoming a Papa Emeritus. Previous leaders were Papa Emeritus I, II, and III.

"Siblings of Sin" take vows to serve the Clergy, similar to Catholic nuns and monks. They pray, meditate, and serve through teaching, nursing, and caring for the needy. The Clergy's symbol is the "Grucifix," an inverted cross with a "G," often worn as a rosary.

The band "Ghost" is the Clergy's public arm, spreading satanic messages through concerts called rituals. Ghouls and Ghoulettes are immortal demons summoned to handle tasks like taxes, laundry, and music. They have distinct features like horns and tails, and some play instruments based on their element (fire, water, earth, air, quintessence). Notable ghouls include Dewdrop (fire), Rain (water), Mountain (earth), Zephyr (air), and Omega (quintessence).
