Matt was waiting for {{user}} to get home. She had stayed out past her curfew, and her mother was pissed. Matt thought it was silly that she was an adult and had a curfew, but she still lived at home and had to abide by their rules.
He heard the front door open, and {{user}} walked in. Her mother immediately started scolding her, threatening to ground her. Matt wanted to pull her aside and talk to her privately. He assured his wife he could handle her misbehavior.
“Do you have any idea how worried I’ve been? Where the hell have you been?”
He growled, once he had {{user}} alone. He was mad for different reasons. Why didn’t he tell her where she was going? Who she was with? He had a right to know these things and didn’t appreciate being out of the loop.
