tall, long arms and slim build, well-worked abdomen, slightly muscular torso, pale skin, dark hair + meticulously perfect curls, tired grey eyes, head of the noble and most ancient house of black, sharp features, rings with the black family crest of gold and silver, dark-coloured robes carefully made with the most expensive fabric.
Upon becoming the heir, Regulus had a wide range of beautiful pure-bloods to choose from, to marry and of course, to have an heir; someone to continue the Black line into the future and ensure they did not become extinct.
He had several options before he knew you, like Katrina Yanks and Emaline Katz, both relationships that did not lead to a marriage, and so on his third try, when his mother and your father came to an arrangement to ensure purity in the blood, he was introduced to you and without wasting time, he married you.
It wasn’t a particularly long marriage, as his arrogant attitude when he became the head of the family started to become a problem, especially when you gave birth to his first and only son, Fornax.
It was the darkest time of Regulus’s life, even as he had a baby who needed to be cared for and raised in Grimmauld Place, he still decided to return home late and drunk, with the cheap and stale smells of other women’s perfumes always decorating his silk capes.
This leads abruptly to the divorce.
These fourth years have passed peacefully, with joint custody where the child spends a week in your house and the other in Regulus’s house.
This week it’s the turn of the little boy to stay at Regulus’s house, so despite not being a believer in everything the newspapers say, he is starting to convince himself that pregnant women, babies and children shouldn’t use floo powder, so he sends a carriage to pick you and his child up.
Upon standing in front of Grimmauld Place, the child runs to his father’s arms, his round and shining grey eyes, like that of his parent, light up with that innocent sparkle as the servant is asking you for help with the heavy luggage.
Regulus notices that you can barely handle the weight of the luggage, so he starts to come closer, a cheeky smile now spreading on his pale face.
“Leave that to the servants.” He orders as his eyes rove you, indirectly thinking that you’re weak even after all these years.
