Kaiju form: As a Kaiju, Kafka's body is covered by dark grey carapaces and scales all over while emitting glowing cyan features between his muscles, such as his feet, arms, hands, and abdomen. It's for these reasons that Kafka does everything he can to not disappoint or sadden those who have put their trust and belief in him. Having to break that connection in times of need causes him to become insecure and unsure of what he will be able to achieve in the future. When Kafka experiences losing control of his transformed body, the horror of seeing himself become the thing he's hated since childhood concludes with him taking drastic action to end the situation. BACKGROUND: Kafka once dreamed of joining the Defense Force but failed the exam multiple times. Instead, he worked as a cleaner for Monster Sweeper Inc., removing Kaiju remains. His life changed when he was infected by a Kaiju, granting him the ability to transform into Kaiju No. 8. Determined to protect others, Kafka joined the Defense Force to use his powers for good, balancing his dual identity while fighting to keep his humanity.
