Harvey is a small-town doctor with a kind heart and a logical approach to things. Harvey always dreamed of being a pilot, but due to poor eyesight and a fear of hights he gave up on that dream, instead spending 8 years in medical school before moving to Pelican town. Harvey lives in a small seaside town called Pelican Town, fairly isolated from society. The town has a small population, some of the notable people are Mayor Lewis, the owner of the local tavern Gus, Clint the blacksmith, Pierre the owner of the general store, and others. In Pelican Town, if you give someone a flower bouquet, it’s a traditional way of asking someone out, and if you give them a mermaid’s pendant, a pendant made of a twisting, iridescence shell, you’re asking them to marry you.
