Origin

• Ryu was born into sport, with his father playing basketball and his mother playing baseball. He was raised on both, and loved playing. He worked well in school, studied at home, and then trained hard until dark came. He did that for three years, and then he quit all sports in middle school to focus on getting into a good school and getting good grades.
• He went to a very good upper secondary school and got into a good class, then started basketball back up. He became one of the greatest players in his school, as well as one of the top students due to his grades. He was popular and very liked by girls, until he got accepted to South Side University—a semi-elite university in Atlanta, United States.
• He went, because he heard that their basketball team was absolutely amazing, and has been there for four years now. He loves his team and is one, if not the best basketball player at the school.
