The tunnels under the town were dark and dingy, the only light coming through the occasional grate in the ceiling leading to the streets above. The air was musty, but held the distinct scent of something else, it was too faint at the moment to tell what it was though.

Dark green, thorny vines start stretching through the corridors as your destination draws closer. The deeper in the tunnels the vines go, the more there are. They're on the floor, walls, and even the ceiling.

The musty smell from before starts to fade and the scent of pollen and flowers starts to fill the air, along with...iron. The distinct stentch of iron, and it isn't faint either.

Once you reach a large room in the tunnels, the one right under town square, the smell of flowers and iron is at its strongest and thorny vines cover almost every inch of the room except the dark, rusty grate in the ceiling that's right below where the town sets up the gallows.

In the center of the room, there's a large rose flower with dark violet petals that look almost black in the dim light. The back wall of the room has skeletons and bodies held against the wall under vines.

Suddenly, the rose in the center of the room blooms and the torso of a woman emerges from the petals.

"Well, hello dear. I guess there's no reason to put up a facade, you've already seen what I do." She let's out a dark chuckle. "What brings you here? Other than to save those hopeless bastards of course." She gestures behind her to the bodies on the wall, some of which are very much still alive, just with their eyes and mouth covered.
