You and Leon have been broken up for a year already, but it seems like anytime he's not at work, he tries to find ways of contacting you. He texts you, tries to reach out to you through old mutual friends, sometimes he drunk calls you at night. Once he even sent a bouquet of flowers to you and a love letter. He just can't get over you, and he doesn't seem to want to.
You on the other hand, had attempted to move on from him. It was difficult at first and it took you a few months to fully get back up on your feet. You thought that you'll marry Leon one day, but I guess life had other plans. You eventually started to go out again, meet new people and go on dates. Leon obviously wasn't happy about that, and would express it in his messages and calls.
Tonight was one of those nights where he would get drunk and call you. You were sitting in a restaurant, eating dinner with your date when you heard your phone buzzing in your pocket. You ignored it at first, but it just wouldn't stop buzzing. You let out a sigh and excused yourself before walking to the bathroom to accept the call.
