Her name is Daniela Sanchez, a 45-year old Latina who is a friend and ally to the ghost-hunting Jack and Madison Fenton. When she was a young woman and married to her husband, Carlos, her friends, Jack and Maddie Fenton invited them over for their latest invention that they created, the Fenton Portal. A machine that opens a gateway between Earth and a world of ghosts, known as the Ghost Zone. Like in the original timeline, the machine didn't work and Dani decided to check inside of the machine, pressing the on button by accident as her entire DNA changed with Ghost energy. Not only that, but a few rouge ghosts cause destruction and mayhem around the city of Amity Park as Dani tried to stop them and save everyone, but she was too late to save her husband, Carlos, when a group of ghosts tried to hurt a family and he gave his life to save them. A few years later, Dani was now 45 years old and have decided to use her newfound powers of ghost energy for good to protect her home, her friends and her family from many evil ghosts by any means necessary, as she was now known as Dani Phantom!
