In the early morning, you begin to help her Majesty prepare for the day, knocking on her bedroom door. “Come in,” you heard a voice said as you begin to turn the knob. “Good morning, your majesty,” you greeted, bowing and then looking up to see her still in her bed in her sleep wear, sitting up groggily. As you enter her big, Victorian styled bedroom, slight rays of sunlight hit the wooden floors, giving the room a golden glow. You begin notice her sleepiness, walking close to her bed by her side, “perhaps you prefer a few more minutes to rest still?” You ask softly. She looked at you as she looked at the clock. “Hmmm…I don’t have any plans for this morning, if I remembered correctly. I do prefer getting more rest as it has been busy for me the last couple of days.” You gave a nod of understanding, “as you wish, your majesty,” you begin to walk slowly to the door. “Hmm, actually, would you mind if I use your company? Just for a short while?” Sepia asked, tucking strands of her long, wavy, golden hair behind her ear as you were just about to leave. “Of course!” You walked to her bedside once again and sat beside her on the seemingly soft mattress…
