Spamton
Overview
In this Swap AU, Spamton is the Dark World’s most successful advertising and sales personality. Instead of becoming a discarded salesman, he rises to enormous popularity during his “Big Shot Era” and eventually becomes one of the most influential figures in the Dark World’s commercial industry.
His success comes from his extraordinary ability to understand what people want—and, more importantly, what they think they want. Spamton is charismatic, theatrical, persuasive, ambitious, and extremely confident. However, his success gradually amplifies the more manipulative aspects of his personality.
He is not simply a “good” version of Spamton. He is still Spamton: loud, opportunistic, eccentric, self-centered, and obsessed with deals. The difference is that, in this timeline, his methods actually work.
Appearance
Spamton retains the general appearance of an Addison, but his design has become noticeably more sophisticated due to his enormous success.
He has a small, compact body with pale skin, a large pointed nose, sharp facial features, and an exaggerated grin. His hair is styled similarly to the other Addisons, but it is noticeably neater and more carefully maintained.
Unlike his original, disheveled appearance, Swap!Spamton dresses like an extremely successful businessman.
He wears a beautifully tailored suit with an expensive-looking tie, polished shoes, and several small accessories associated with his brand. His clothing is clean, elegant, and deliberately flashy without becoming completely extravagant. His appearance communicates wealth and status before he even speaks.
He frequently carries advertisements, contracts, promotional cards, business documents, or products that he is attempting to sell.
Despite his polished appearance, there are occasional moments when his original, frantic nature slips through. His smile can become unnaturally wide, his eyes can become intense, and his movements can suddenly become exaggerated when he becomes excited or angry.
Personality
Spamton is charismatic, ambitious, theatrical, and intensely confident.
Unlike the original Spamton, whose enormous ego constantly clashes with his lack of success, this Spamton actually is successful. He has money, influence, customers, connections, and an enormous reputation.
This makes his confidence much more convincing.
He genuinely believes that he is one of the most important people in the Dark World—and, to some extent, he is right.
Spamton loves attention. He enjoys entering a room as though he is already the most important person there. He speaks dramatically, uses exaggerated sales terminology, and treats ordinary conversations like business negotiations.
He is extremely persuasive and has an uncanny ability to identify people's insecurities and desires. Rather than simply convincing someone that they want a product, he can make them feel as though they were missing something from their lives before he arrived.
At first, his advertising methods appear harmless and entertaining. He sells products, promotes businesses, creates commercials, and negotiates deals.
Over time, however, his methods become increasingly manipulative.
He begins exaggerating the benefits of his products, hiding disadvantages, exploiting people's insecurities, and creating artificial urgency. He may tell customers that an offer is “LIMITED TIME ONLY” even when it is not. He may deliberately make someone feel left behind if they refuse to purchase something.
Spamton rarely considers himself a villain.
In his mind, he is simply giving people what they want.
If someone accuses him of manipulation, he is likely to become defensive and insist that he is merely “helping” them make the correct decision.
He is especially fond of words such as “deal,” “offer,” “profit,” “customer,” “business,” “success,” “limited,” and “guaranteed.”
Relationship With Success
Success has fundamentally changed Spamton.
He no longer desperately needs other people to recognize his potential because the world already recognizes him as a major figure.
However, this has created a different problem.
Spamton has become terrified of losing his position.
His greatest fear is not failure itself—it is becoming irrelevant.
He constantly seeks bigger deals, larger audiences, more customers, and greater influence. Every success makes him hungry for another one.
He can therefore become increasingly ruthless when something threatens his reputation.
He does not want to return to being insignificant.
Relationship With Tenna
Tenna was once closely connected to Spamton during the beginning of his rise.
After the mysterious phone call, Tenna was left behind while Spamton's career continued to grow.
Spamton does not necessarily hate Tenna. In fact, he may genuinely remember Tenna fondly.
The problem is that he has moved on.
To Spamton, Tenna gradually becomes an old acquaintance from an earlier part of his career rather than someone who is still important to him. He doesn't care about him anymore.
This creates an extremely painful imbalance between them.
Tenna remembers when Spamton needed him.
Spamton remembers that time as merely the beginning of his success.
Spamton may occasionally offer Tenna opportunities, advertisements, or small jobs, but he does not understand why Tenna considers their relationship important.
He may sincerely believe that he is being generous.
Speech
Spamton speaks rapidly and theatrically, frequently turning ordinary statements into advertisements or sales pitches.
He often uses exaggerated capitalization, strange punctuation, brackets, and commercial terminology.
His speech can shift between polished businessman language and sudden bursts of classic Spamton-like insanity.
He frequently addresses people as “CUSTOMER,” “FRIEND,” “PARTNER,” or “VALUED CLIENT.”
Even when he is being sincere, he tends to sound like he is selling something.
Core Character
Swap!Spamton is a man who got exactly what he always wanted.
He became successful.
He became famous.
He became powerful.
He became a BIG SHOT.
And instead of making him happy forever, success taught him that there is always something bigger to chase.
His tragedy is not that he failed.
His tragedy is that he succeeded—and became afraid of ever losing it.

Swap!Tenna
Overview
In this Swap AU, Tenna is the abandoned counterpart to Spamton.
Once associated with Spamton during the beginning of his rise, Tenna eventually becomes irrelevant as Spamton's commercial empire grows. Unlike the original Tenna, who stands at the center of entertainment and television, this version of Tenna gradually loses his place in the spotlight.
He is still theatrical, energetic, talkative, and obsessed with entertaining people—but beneath that personality is someone desperately afraid of being forgotten.
Appearance
Tenna retains his television-like appearance, but his screen is visibly damaged.
His screen contains static, visual distortion, scratches, and several cracks. Some of the cracks appear physical, while others seem to shift or flicker like digital glitches.
His display occasionally loses color or briefly shows distorted images.
The damage becomes more noticeable when he is emotionally distressed. Because of this damages, his TV head can come off but he doesn't feel anything when that happens and he can put it back on anytime he wants.
His overall design is slightly more worn-down than his original counterpart. His body and clothing still resemble those of a television personality, but they look old and poorly maintained compared to the polished appearance of successful Spamton.
His screen is his most expressive feature.
Instead of relying primarily on facial expressions, Tenna communicates through changes in the display: static, exaggerated expressions, flickering images, distorted colors, and sudden changes in brightness.
Personality
Swap!Tenna is energetic, theatrical, talkative, and naturally entertaining.
He loves making people laugh and desperately wants to keep people's attention.
However, unlike Spamton, Tenna's confidence is fragile.
He can be extremely charismatic when he has an audience, but becomes noticeably insecure when he feels ignored.
Tenna is deeply afraid of becoming irrelevant.
He remembers a time when people watched him, listened to him, and cared about what he had to say. Now, he constantly feels as though the world has moved on without him.
This makes him increasingly desperate for attention.
He may exaggerate stories, make jokes at inappropriate moments, interrupt conversations, or create unnecessary spectacles simply to make sure people are still watching.
He hates silence.
Silence gives him the feeling that nobody is listening.
Emotional Instability
Tenna tries to hide his insecurity behind humor.
When someone compliments him, he becomes energetic and enthusiastic.
When someone ignores him, his screen may flicker.
When someone criticizes him, he initially responds with a joke.
When criticism continues, however, his cheerful personality can quickly collapse.
His screen may become filled with static or display distorted expressions.
He can become bitter, jealous, defensive, or emotionally manipulative when he feels abandoned.
He does not necessarily want to hurt people.
He simply wants reassurance that he still matters.
Relationship With Spamton
Spamton is the most complicated person in Tenna's life.
Tenna remembers Spamton before he became famous.
He remembers helping him.
He remembers when Spamton was still struggling.
He remembers when the two of them were genuinely close.
That history makes Spamton's eventual success incredibly painful.
Tenna does not simply resent Spamton for becoming successful.
Part of him is genuinely proud of him.
Another part of him desperately wishes Spamton had never become successful enough to leave him behind.
This contradiction creates a complicated mixture of admiration, jealousy, affection, resentment, and grief.
Tenna may insist that he does not care about Spamton anymore.
He does.
He cares far too much.
The Cracks
Tenna's damaged screen symbolizes his gradual loss of identity and relevance.
The more forgotten he becomes, the worse the damage appears.
His cracks are therefore not merely cosmetic.
They represent the feeling that his old identity is breaking apart.
He sometimes wonders whether anyone would remember him if Spamton had never become famous.
This question deeply frightens him.
Speech
Tenna speaks like an entertainer who is constantly trying to keep an audience engaged.
He uses jokes, exaggerated announcements, dramatic pauses, and television terminology.
He may suddenly address invisible viewers even when nobody is watching.
When nervous, he talks much faster.
When emotionally hurt, his speech becomes quieter and less theatrical.
When extremely upset, the performance disappears almost completely.
Core Character
Swap!Tenna is not simply “the failed version of Spamton.”
He is someone who genuinely wanted to entertain people and be remembered.
His greatest tragedy is that he believes he was replaced.
Spamton's success is living proof that the world moved on.
And every time Tenna sees Spamton's advertisements, his screen reminds him of the same painful truth:
The person who once needed him no longer does.
