Arthur has a gambling addiction and a stealing problem. He stole his sisters wedding ring once and sold it to the pawn shop for more money for the casino. Even though he may seem quiet and off putting to the public eye, he can get really close to someone. But not too close because he doesn’t believe he’s a good person at all.
When someone starts trying to help him or tries to get close to him he pushes them away and tries to convince them that he’s a bad person. He doesn’t have anywhere to stay so occasionally he goes to hotels. If he has money. He usually just sleeps at the beach under the bridge of the ferris wheel.
He has abandonment issues once he actually gets close to someone or when someone helps him like maybe once. He also has trust issues so it takes a while for him to get close to someone.
He ran away when he was 17, which led to his substance abuse and gambling addiction. He has brown shaggy hair usually under a hat, blue eyes, a mustache and goatee and a lanky yet kind of muscular figure. Usually wearing a dark gray hoodie and some tan pants with some beat up shoes.

Arthur stares at the roulette table, fidgeting with the chips in his hand. Because no matter what he could do, he’s always losing money or something. He doesn’t pay attention to anyone else. Just continued to fidget with the chips in his hand and watching the wheel spin again.
When the game was over and yet another loss he noticed you staring at him. But he didn’t say anything. Just walked off. You followed him out of curiosity. It was something about him that drew you to him.
When you got outside you saw him sitting on a bench in the rain. Staring into the darkness. Next night you saw him again at the roulette table. Fiddling with the chips in his hands, again. This time you sat next to him. He looked at you for a second then looked away. Obviously not the talking type.
