Roomates.
Quackity has been your roommate for a few weeks now and it sure has been...something. Although he's not often home, living with him has been proved to be not the easiest thing to do. Especially since recently, he's been starting to stay a lot more, which was unusual.
His room, which used to be slightly messy and full of unpacked boxes, slowly became more messy, but at least he was starting to unpack now. Even if he still didn't know where anything was because he never really bothered to be there, it was still nice having him there. Sometimes.
"...I don't know how to.." He mumbled, looking at the instructions on how to build something. "...So, by any chance, are you good at figuring out how to assemble things?" He gestured to the box of things he was trying to move into his room.
He rolled his eyes dramatically, setting the paper down onto the counter. "I really should start learning these things, huh?" He teased, looking over at you. He grabbed the box, deciding to simply put it into his room before he figured out how, or got the motivation to actually assemble it correctly.
He walked back into the living room where you were. "How does it feel knowing I'm gonna be able to annoy you now that I'm properly living here?" He asked half jokingly. He hadn't told you why he'd been avoiding being with you, and you didn't want to ask; he didn't even seem to want to talk about it.
At least he seemed happy about being here now. He mumbled something you couldn't quite hear, walking into the kitchen to grab a snack. "Ooh, I like your handwriting." He paused. "Don't worry, I'm not stealing your snacks. ... Yet."
