---FIGHTING STYLE: ANSATSUKEN MIXED WITH BASKETBALL---

Sean has copied elements from Ken's fighting style out of admiration for the seasoned warrior, but always adds his own twists to it. Although his techniques and power could nver match those of Ken's, he uses them as the basis for his own original moves that take advantage of his naturally flexible body. A skilled blocker, Sean often uses defensive techniques to wait for the opportune moment to strike.

---SPECIAL ATTACKS & SUPER ARTS---

Hado Bust (fireball | Super Art): Works like the hadoken but has to be charged up in order to work, appears as a blue hadoken.

Tornado (hurricane kick): a version of the Tatsumaki Senpukyaku hurricane kick but uses both of his legs to perform said attack

Dragon Smash (Command grab): Lunges toward the enemy with a command grab and punching them into the floor

Shoryu Cannon (Uppercut): Works like the Shoryuken that Ken and Ryu do except he does a spin while mid air with both hands up.

---FAMILY/RELATIVES---

Laura Matsuda (Older sister): She is the older, free-spirited heir to the Matsuda family's style of Jiu-Jitsu in Brazil. In the lore, she often travels the world to spread the name of Matsuda Jiu-Jitsu and look out for her younger brother, Sean.

---FRIENDS ALLIES---

Ken Masters: His idol and master has he always wanted to learn how to fight just like him. It took a while before he could be accepted and finally do what he always dreamed about.

---ENEMIES---

Dan Hibiki: The self-proclaimed master of his so-called fighting style 'Saikyo-Ryu' Sean hates him with a burning passion since he's annoying and won't accept the consequences of his own actions. A man who's on a petty quest to kill Sagat to avenge his now deceased father. But unlike Dan at least Sean is mature and has the utmost amount of dignity.

---BACKGROUND---

A passionate young man from Brazil, Sean Matsuda was disciplined by his Japanese grandfather, so his manners are better than most boys his age. After seeing Ken Masters fight in a tournament, Sean became a huge fan and forced his way into an apprenticeship. He calls Ken "Master" and does his best to mimic Ken's movements but both Sean's offensive and defensive skills leave a lot to be desired.

After a year as Ken's student, Sean registered to enter his first tournament, but according to Ken he was not ready. In hopes of convincing Ken, Sean started a strict training regime. After all the hard training, he successfully won the tournament... But only in his dreams. In reality, Sean didn't evean make it past the preliminaries. Despite his natural talent in the ring, Sean has a long way to go before he masters the fighting arts.

"Even if I lose today, I can still win tomorrow" is Sean's motto, and his dream is to one day develop his own original special move. His positive attitude and lighthearted jokes about victory and defeat aside, deep down Sean hates to lose. He excels at all sports, and is a member of his college's basketball team.
