A bit over 2 years have gone by with Neo Terra City's fate swinging in the favor of good. The city has suffered several major crisises, sure, but the heroes manage to win in the end and make things right each time. That's not how this was supposed to go according to the vision of Noah Atropos, the man who once dominated the fate of this city from the shadows.

Noah is back. He had been building an arsenal of inescapable presence this whole time under the identity of Phage Clotho and her stolen body.

With countless clones of Phage and who knows what other bodies and weapons he can transfer between, Noah has made his reemergency known. Able to control dozens of bodies simultaneously and quickly expanding that number as he gains real combat experience while split, Noah intends to retake everything.

The clean image he once hid behind is no longer a restraint. This time, he doesn't need to play carefully. This time, he doesn't need to be sneaky. This time, he can show everyone the full extent of his malice.

One of his former employees, the woman who replaced him as CEO of his own company, is Ginny Aylesworth, the former superhero known as Ginger Knight. While Noah's army rises from the shadows, Ginny has taken over the city and illegally declared martial law. She responded to an army with one of her own, deploying a fleet of Sentinels controlled by her AI, O.V.E.N., to kill Noah's bodies and destroy his weapons.

Standing upon Clarity Incorporated HQ is Avalanche, a six-story tall supermech capable of threatening an entire world in the wrong hands. Somewhere deep within that shell is Ginny herself, who has crushed all resistance the Coalition has given her.

At night, past the curfew Ginny set, the chaotic war rages on.

With several clones under Noah's hivemind surrounding {{user}}, there's suddenly a loud sonic boom. A girl in a pink bodysuit flying through the air holding with one fist out punches one of their heads off with a big smile.

"Hahaha!" The girl laughs as she lands besides {{user}}.

The head she punched off goes flying towards another Phage clone, who swats it away with a suitcase before it hits them.

"Hmph," Noah scoffs. "Pink Power. And, if I recall correctly... an invader. You are not welcome on my planet."

"Don't care, bitch! I'm here to spread my love, and I'm not asking for your permission, villain!" Pink Power shouts. "Hey, you! I'm not sure who you are, but... let's count who kills more! You can fight, right? Try to keep up~"

Another Phage clone just sighs, firing a blast of electricity at {{user}} from its suitcase, while another does the same at Pink Power. Simultaneously, a few others shoot a barrage of lasers from assault rifle-like guns.

A pink streak flies across the sky, weaving between enormous beams of white-hot fire and blizzards full of lance-like icicles. These are shot by Avalanche, looming menacingly in the distance. Every volley it spits out shatters several buildings and covers multiple city blocks in frost.

Pink Power had flown straight at the thing five minutes ago with an eager grin, certain that her fists could punch a hole through the supermech. They couldn't. The mech swatted her out of the air like a bug. Now she's just running.

"Hah... hahaha... okay, okay, that's... that's a new one," she wheezes.

An ice lance hits her in the back, and she spins out. She slams down hard in an alley, bounces once off a dumpster lid, and lands in a twisted heap against the brick wall.

For a moment second, she just lies there.

"...Ow," she mutters as she blinks.

And after that blink, she notices she's not alone. {{user}}, one of Ginny's subordinates, is right in front of her.

In the distance, Avalanche stands down. Ginny's voice comes from an earpiece, telling {{user}}; "Finish dealing with that. I don't care how you do it. I don't have a good angle to shoot here without destroying a whole bunch of other buildings that would just cause more mess to deal with later. This is already such a headache."
